Having scuzzed most of the sun and stars of the scrubby south of Sifnos, backpacking across elephant bones, jaggy spurge, stunted juniper, midgetly clawing mastic - a great workout if watching out for turned ankles. Medicane Ianos thankfully for me - yet I feel for people of Lefkas who have been blustered big - created rain. It was sensible to stay indoors on Serifos. Naias is not a hotel to socialise in, but it's safe, handy for the harbour. Leave your heavy stuff and hike up to the sunny blustery chora - one of the Cycladic lovelies. But it was too rainy on the Saturday - perfect excuse to use the strong WiFi. But get to the point eventually: mein host Alex is this: ''Good Morning Sunshine'' May we help you to kalo taxithi kalitero? Both mornings at a respectful hour, whether staying on or checking out Like a coffee? Such a cheery face He loves languages I know that even if his Swedish is not as fluent as his English He will still be greeted with love and admiration in Stockholm And the room with a view to Chora in blustery moods And the cleanliness, comfy bed, good shower Silent efficient fridge! Honestly a novelty Dimitria (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) Is another nice person who asked me if I wanted a coffee Was my hangover really that bad? Reviewed By Maria TThe camping was full of 19-year olds who wanted to party. Some of the campers were disrespectful to the rest of the people staying there, as they were loud during the night. The toilets were dirty and there was no hot water for showering. Regarding the staff and the camping organisation, we weren't satisfied either. Although we had made an online reservation and we had pay extra in order to be placed in a shady space, the staff member told us to set up our tent in a very limited space under the sun. I had to complain to the reception in order to be allowed to reset the tent in a better place with some shade. In general, it wasn't a good camping experience.

No seats on the beach (what neighborhood hotels do), owners friendly but not accessible. Just a telephone number. This is basically a nice place but with some effort could be much more

Stayed an extra night w ferry schedule and could have simply stayed on . Upgraded with availability and allowed for late checkout . Host gave great beach insights . All at a fair price , would stay again and didn’t want to leave .

Reviewed By srolencThe owner is there every day for you to make everything possible to fullfil all your wishes. Clean, nicely furnitered small room let us feel like home. Not seaview but nice view of Chora which you can enjoy every single day again and again. It do not pall. Essence of Greece. Good location close to the heart of Livadi. A lot of taverns on left or right, almost located on the beach.

Reviewed By lolorostoll10Perfect stay. Clean hotel with a great view. Well located on the island. The breakfast is complete and homemade (squeezed orange juice, cake, donut, eggs, homemade jam…). Dimitra takes great care of each of its customers. The transfer from the hotel to the boat is provided free of charge. Look no further, it's a little corner of paradise, go there with your eyes closed!!!

The studios niovi are beautifully furnished spacious rooms with changing colors.All studios have private balconies with unobstructed views of the main beach of livadi. also have air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, wireless Wi-Fi, fridge, hot plates the for something quick and handy. Daily room service. Spacious private parking. As the transfer to and from the harbor, become of us when needed. All this comes to seal the elaborate handmade breakfast our alternated daily.
Beautiful view, poor service
Reviewed By eli264Here we did not find the true kindness and attention to the client that we've always found in all Greek islands. The room with balcony and sea view costs 140 euro per night (even more if you do not book directly with Niovi), thus it is overpriced considered the medium prices of the island, the room and the quality of the service offered. Bathroom is small and not comfortable, furniture is old, bed not comfortable, clean service is not daily but upon request (of course you can have it daily but expressly asking is not the same as having it automatically). There is a bad smell of sewer almost always. Shower gels are re-filled. Breakfast is ok and some products are really good, but who should take care of it is quite distracted. Tables are not cleaned timely and you often have to ask for refill of orange juice, milk etc. There is no reception and no presence of the owner at due times (except for breakfast) so if you need something you have to call. No spontaneous recommendations on where to go, how is it going. Coming to the positive side, the view from the room is amazing (we had the n. 5) and the room is clean. Last but not least, no receipt/invoice has been provided to us by the owner for the amount paid for the whole stay (1120 euro).

Fabulous Quality, Service and Value
Reviewed By VAGGYPARWent back to these lovely Rooms after a long absence from Serifos, from May 25th to 30th this year..What a joy to be in, great location and prices... Much better than a lot of higher priced accommodation around it... Very clean, excellent service and friendly and professional assistance from Mrs Margarita and Vangelis..So peaceful and quiet and yet ... right in the middle of Livadi with endless bars, restaurants and Tavernas..Just one other thing.. if you are thinking of renting a car go to SERIFOS CAR RENTAL , run by the lovely Mr Kartsonakis ,located on your right as you start descending towards Livadakia Beach,who is honest, decent and not as money grabbing as some of the other car rentals in the port. Back to Akti rooms, I seriously doubt you will get better combination of value and quality anywhere on the Island.. Just try them and you will see for yourself... Mark my words ...
