Very good breakfast. The garden is beautiful and the pool is very nice and always clean. With the best hotels I have stayed in. Thanks Segala famely ?

First holiday in almost two years - worth the wait!
Reviewed By LadydriverWe recently spent a week in this lovely hotel. We had been to Limone for a day some years ago when staying elsewhere on the lake and really liked it. We had not had a holiday in 23 months because of Covid and this hotel was just what we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, one waiter told us we were the first English speaking guests this season. Our room had the most wonderful view over Lake Garda, and was very well serviced every day. The swimming pool area was spotlessly clean, with a nice pool bar for lunch. Food was all buffet style, (except the pool bar) we were half board, people wore their masks walking around the restaurant and indeed the rest of the hotel and there were plenty of hand sanitisers. Great choice of food for both breakfast and dinner, plus free wine and beer with dinner. Just a short walk to Limone Centro to get boats to other places on the lake and of course, many places to buy lovely Italian icecream! I can safely say that we will return to the Hotel Splendid Palace.

Great views from every spot in the hotel. Amenities from the pool, spa, restaurant, lounge all first class and beyond. Can’t wait to return next year.

Reviewed By ElenaB2365Well-managed hotel with an amazing view on the lake. A pleasent 15-minute walk to Limone. Parking available. Breakfast included and dinner available. Two swimming pools with plenty of space and nice terraces overlooking the lake.

Friendly staff who gave great recommendations for local restaurants (a must visit is Al Veccio Fontec) and a lovely varied breakfast. Our room was a good size, with a nice side balcony which had views of the lake, Monte Baldo and Limone. The walk is a very pleasant 10 minutes into the town and the central ferry terminal. I would recommend the ferry to Malcesine (where we saw the castle and did Paragliding from Monte Baldo!). Lots of lovely restaurants in Limone and an evening run north up the coastal boardwalk was fun. You can also drive to Riva/Torbole in 20-25 mins. Only giving 4 stars as there was no hot water when we arrived, and no Wi-Fi for the last 48 hours.

Ok hotel could do better
Reviewed By DShields378Ok hotel nothing special staff friendly especially in the lunch area. Dinner a rip of at €19 per person poor food definitely not worth it. If you have late departure don’t expect hotel to be bothered made us change & shower in the indoor pool area and came out sweatier than when we went in. Would of been nice if they let us use a room for an hour. This has left us with a poor view of the hotel. First & last impressions should always be the lasting impression. On a positive note the hotel was clean rooms could do with updating but was comfortable. Amazing views. 25 minute walk to Limone however you can get the shuttle bus leaving every hour €1 each way.

Nice B&B with amazing views over Lake Garda and to Limone
Reviewed By ohactiveNice B&B at a fair price. The views were amazing and the staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable room, but a little dated. Our 3 nights stay was marred by the fact that we were awoken at 6.15 every morning by the noise from the breakfast room (next door) We unfortunately also had noisy neighbours above us who stayed up late - so we didn't have a very comfortable stay. Our room tip would be to avoid the Suite - Rm 1. for this reason.
