Just the sound proof not that good which the sound from the corridor can hear inside room or sometimes behind room also can hear.But with a air-conditioned room and nearby to tesco and easy to access to food is a good place to choose and stay

"Clean, comfortable & fast wifi" Nice new hotel. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Fast free wifi. Best of all its near to kulim hi-tech park, about 10-15 min drive.

Reviewed By Jo-AnnKYTanThis hotel is near to shops. Next door is a nasi kandar shop but not sure what time it opens. We left at 9am and it was still close so you have to find elsewhere to have your breakfast. Location for us is not that great. We checked in on the 4 July 2020. Hafiz, the boy managing the reception was friendly and helpful. Our superior room was 3004. Room is quite spacious. Bed is HARD. Pillows are too soft. We asked for 2 extra pillows, only one was given. So one of us had to suffer! Apparently they are fully booked. Weird that we did not see any other people in the hotel. We checked out on the 5th morning at about 9am. Girl managing the reception was unfriendly. Not nice to see such people in the hotel industry. Especially when Kulim is such a nice place. Note - Should consider putting a fridge in the room and stock up on pillows if you don’t want to invest on better quality ones.

Nice for the Price
Reviewed By happyholsKualaLumpurKulim Inn is easily found on the edge of town and if you stay in Kulim on a budget then you can do no wrong by staying here. Rooms are large, set around a courtyard. More could be made of this feature. Aircon and hot water are available and coffee/tea facilities included. Free wifi is available although the signal was weak in my room. Reception was pleasant and welcoming. Simple but comfortable. A little bit out of town which is unfortunate as breakfast was not included. I would certainly stay again.

Reviewed By wonge759Stayed in room 313, cleaned and good staffs. Will stay again during our staycation soon. Hotel location is near mall, restaurant and shops easy and walk in distance so can shop shop shop easily. Best hotel.

Terrible and bad motel ever
Reviewed By Ah LVery terrible and bad motel I staying so far... Very bad customer service including the manager, named as Mr Loo... As refer to the previous telecommunication, one of their workers promised me that me and my family can check in the room after 3am on the same day and they will counted as 1 day for me until the next day (check out before 12pm the next day) and they will counted as 1 day room charges. However, today once back from prayer after 12pm, they looked the room doors and told me that I have to pay another day charges as it is counted as 2nd day after 12pm today. Is totally different what been promised and all the staff included the manager told me that this is the miscommunication in between and they push the mistake on customer 's side. I check out directly and check in to other hotel (Tune Hotel) which is better than this motel. All my payments for those 2 rooms were wasted because I just checked in at 4.30am and twist the statement even I double confirmed with their staff, but ended was my mistake. Rude and unprofessional handling by their manager just to concluded all was customer's fault.<br/>Conclusions: very bad hotel and not suggested for staying.
