Reviewed By jokl78This hotel is very close to all the seafood restaurants. You can even walk if you want to. Less than 1km distance. Room was ok. Bed very soft but not bed sheet not very clean even after washed. Our room facing main road. Super noisy. Poor sound insulation. Other than that it was worth the stay. Good customer service.

NOT HELPFUL/MISLEADING ROOM INFO IN HOTEL BOOKING
Reviewed By Danielle LDisappointment We book this hotel for one night stay on 23/5 from booking.com It is clearly stated that the room booked is with SEA VIEW but when we checked in the hotel management said that the booking were incorrect. The hotel management stated that it was the wrong information given by “ booking.com “ and they are not responsible for it ! And we were given a room WITHOUT WINDOW . Nevertheless the room were small, no kettle. In addition when we reached, the lift is not working. This is crucial as I brought a 80+ years old with me and it was my criteria to look for a hotel with lift. Given all the above, I felt cheated and was totally unfair to me. And yet the managements of the hotel wouldn’t do or offer anything to us.

Reviewed By Harrison-F-CarterOur room was clean, modern and comfortable and the bathroom the same with good quality fixtures and fittings. No evidence of any of the problems detailed in previous reviews. Perhaps there has been a renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Absolutely fine for a good value stay.

Memorable Stay with an extra mile touch
Reviewed By Mimzy_96First and foremost, we had our stay from 29/12/2020 until 31/12/2020 for a short vacation with my family. 1 day prior before arrival, i've made a call through the FO and request for comp anniversary deco but it is chcargeable instead around RM150 which was alright. During the process i've asked what sort of deco do they display and then they suddenly told me to contact the housekeeping instead to gather more info which was quite weird. Later on, another receptionist (Suraya) called me and happily assist me for setting the decoration for my parents and the overall was amazing which made my parents suprised. Kudos to Suraya & the team. On the next day, when we were about to leave for our activity, there was an unexpected incident where our car rear window was shattered due to contractor using grass trimmer right next to our cutter which cause several stones flew right through our rear window and was not happy about it. But then, the management willing to replace the new window on their behalf and able to settle it during the same day. Overall, the room was delightful but not much of soundproof room as the neighbor room were very loud and we can hear their voice. Other than that, we are glad to stay here with the management able to go for extra mile for the deco and change the car window. We will surely come again in the future and hope the staff can go extra mile for their returning guest. Warmest regards, Syamim

Decent accommodation in a village
Reviewed By datin_tanProbably the best accommodation available in Kuala Selangor. I booked a quad room and arrived around 4.30 afternoon, the room was not ready when we checked in. The front desk informed that towels will be sent shortly, but we waited for maybe more than 30 minutes and keep sending reminder. Room was very small, I have no space to open my luggage. Room rate is a bit high compared to what are available in Kuala Lumpur city center.

As a local myself, I felt very fortunate to have the chance to experience the warmed and hospitality treatment by Papa Rashid and his family members. Papa Rashid is such a lovely person who love sharing experiences and knowledge with us. His wife prepared the best Nasi Lemak ever, from scratch, with fresh fishes from the market and great teh panas. I have tried Ikan Keli fishing, rice farm tour, Malay-culture learning, made kuih bahulu, and more. Faeez, the homestay coordinator, was a great and very accommodative person in my whole 2 days journey in Tg Karang.

Reviewed By Curtis BYou get what you pay for, but this place gives a bit extra. Yes, it's a budget hotel, and you get a budget room, but it will be clean, you will get nice shower, the woman who was at the reception when we checked in was extremely nice, hot water if you want to make tea or coffee, plus cups, and location is great!

Worst Stay Ever
Reviewed By CaptainJYamThis is the worst hotel that I've ever lived in! Not even worth the money ? I rather sleep in my car and go to public toilets. Luckily we just stay there for one day. Well, let's see why do I call it worst ~ Cleanliness : Adult living Cockroach, dirty floor, dusty fan (can see piles of dust sticking on the front grill... Eww) Facilities : Broken windows, broken toilet door (pvc folding door with one fold broken), broken cabinet, bubbling wall paint Comfort: Yellow patches on the bed and blood stain on the blanket (no choice but to sleep on the towel they provided, at least it looks clean), no heater, broken WiFi Amenities : No toilet roll, no shampoo Service: No action from the staff after requested for bed sheet changing several times All in all, it's just a place to sleep on the bed with aircon and to clean with water. Definitely not a comfortable place to stay :) good luck for those who choose to stay here *should've take some photos lol, especially the cockroach... Pls be aware that hotel is not as the photo they posted on their website (way more dirty)

Reviewed By casedoudousEmplacement parfait juste en face du Bukit Melawati. L'hôtel propose plusieurs types de chambres dont une "économique" à 55 RM, petite mais avec tout le confort nécessaire (clim, eau chaude) et une belle vue sur le Bukit Melawati. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais juste en face de l'hôtel, il y a un accès offert par la ville de Kuala Selangor (wifi smart selangor). Proche également des restaurants, du terminal de bus et de la jetée pour aller voir les lucioles. Bon accueil.
