Breakfast could be better for this level of service, everything else without any complaints. It is also suitable for families with children because it has a beautiful playroom and swimming pools adapted to their age.

Reviewed By Ana_NovaksOur family spent 3 days at Gorski and we had a wonderful time. First to mention the food (breakfast and dinner) incredible! Pool is super clean, spa as well. Room are nice and cozy, stuff is very polite and we felt very welcome. Only restaurant in the hotel "La pista" is way to expensive, where regular soup costs 750dinars (doesn't make any sense). Don't eat it, it doesn't taste well, neither is pasta. Only pizza with pepper was fine. Beside that restaurant, which you don't need to use, hotel is amazing! We are looking forward to come again.

Villa Popara has the most beauful apartments on Kopaonik, arranged in a warm, mountainous style combined with natural materials, stone and wood. It has 7 apartments of different structures. Within the building, there is a restaurant with always fresh national food and pizza baked in wood stoves, for guests and other visitors.

Smeštaj je dobar, apartman čist i uredan i sadrži sve što je potrebno za nesmetan boravak - a ako nešto ne pronađete u apartmanu uvek možete tražiti od vrlo predusretljive i prijatne domaćice koja je uvek na raspolaganju. Jedini (manji ) problem jeste uska saobraćajnica koja vodi sa glavnog puta do smeštaja, ali tako vam je to na planini...

STOP WORKING TOGETHER WITH KOP TAXI!
Reviewed By eunhee1997First of all, I want to state that the hotel and the staff were all nice. They were helping us with everything, and they were very welcoming. However, an incident made our overall stay very unpleasant, which is why we give such a review. The hotel cooperates and promotes a taxi provider called KOP TAXI. We are warning everyone who would use their service and we want to show the hotel that cooperating with inadequate services will only result in their customers' overall lousy experience. We needed to go to Raška from Kopaonik, and the staff called the taxi company a day before to ask how much would be the cost. It should have been around 2000 dinars, they said. The next day when we needed to go, the TAXI came. The car was in poor condition, the driver went to Zlatibor bus station at first instead of Raška. We almost crashed twice, and suddenly in the middle of the way to Raška we checked the tachometer and see that price is already above 2000. We ask the driver but since he doesn't speak English, he says it will be tachometer price and doesn't care that it should be around 2000 for the whole way. Obvious scam, so we call the reception back to call the manager of the taxi. He then calls back the driver, and they discuss the price to finally set up how much will they scam us. The driver then says it will be 3000 dinars to Raška (because the price was already above 2,600 during the call) with an excuse and rate 100 dinars per km to make his numbers work and stops the tachometer. What a professional ride. For your info, the maximum rate in every city in Serbia is 70. We were scammed for 1000, and if we didn't call, it would be even more. Don't ever use KOP TAXI and hotel Zoned consider very well with whom you are working. Don't ever expect tourists in general if the only things you will do for us is scamming us. ??

Reviewed By Freedom52625270860I just love this hotel and I stayed with the company for the sixth year in a row, in terms of accommodation, food, staff everything was great as always I would only draw attention to the rudeness of the staff at the reception which is obviously in the new lineup this season and which they act as if they are here as punishment and not voluntarily. Another complaint is the spa, which in my opinion has become too small after the increase in hotel capacity and needs renovation because it often happens that some of the facilities do not work due to a malfunction. Only because of these objections, I rated the hotel with a slightly lower rating, but I hope to see you next year and that these little things will be corrected. I would especially like to praise the workers in the ski storage, which the team from the reception should look up to.

Reviewed By Sherpa737729Old hotel. Food are one-sided. Cheap equipment that sometimes doesn't even work. Value for money is not recommended. Ski bus schedule is not good. A lot of everything is just advertising, in reality it is poor.

Prelep pogled na stazu koja je odma pored hotela, ski operema iznajmljena u hotelu viokog kvaliteta. Udobnos, komfor, cistoca, opremljenost apartmana na najvisem nivou. Parking za automobil. Stvarno sve pohvale ove zime sam dva puta bila kod njih, a koliko su dobri verovatno ce tako biti i svake sledece. Veliki pozdrav za momke koje rade u hotelu postali su mi kao rodjena braca! ❤️❤️ Pogled iz sobe hotela

Reviewed By AnshB1986One may take some time to locate the property although its by the side of the road. As, the GPS location was not correct. But, when you arrive in there, you will fall in love with the property and its location. Its located within the hills with mesmerizing view of the snow covered hills/green hills (depending on the climate) and the sunset. The vile has all necessary facilities at site to make your stay smooth (The kitchen was equipped with Gas top, OTG, Kettle, Utensils, Wash basin..etc. The fire place was perfect for the winters. There are room heaters everywhere, even in the bathroom). The view from the balcony was magnificent. Host, Tanja was helpful in all her ways through her broken English. She stays , just by your Vile and will be available on a call. It has got a free car park. Hence, this is a must recommendation. There are mini-markets and restaurants at walking distance for all your basic requirements.
