Reviewed By Andreas J!!! ATTENTION HOTEL GUESTS!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU'RE NOT 100% SURE, THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO STAY THERE. If you still want to have the possibility to cancel your reservation, you should look for another Hotel. Although I told Francesco (owner of the Hotel) 4 weeks in advance that we are not able to travel to Sardinia due to medical reasons, he was not willing to give us a refund. He offered us a voucher for the Hotel for 1 year validity. I told him that we're just not able to visit Sardinia within 1 year and If we could get 50% back. He declined! When I asked him if we can give away the voucher to a family member, he didn't even answer. So we ended up in paying 750€ (it would have been 5 nights) for nothing. Very sad... We will definitely not visit this Hotel in our lifetime. By the way: they never spoke english when I phoned or texted with them. A Italian friend had to help me out with tranlating.

Great horse riding in a relaxed and nice rural atmosphere
Reviewed By leftfootmorerightWe stayed for a couple of nights at Shangrila and had a wonderful and authentic time in Fluminimaggiore. The rooms are very clean and brandnew and our hosts very nice people. The breakfast was awsome! We also went for riding a couple of times with Piero - the "Padrone", felt very safe, the horses are very well trained. Its also a good place for kids because they have many animals, a pony, chickens, goats, turtles....and the nature in the surroundings is unforgetable beautiful. Best thing were the guided tours on horse to the mountains and to the sandy beach of San Nicolo nearby!!!

Nice people, nice rooms
Reviewed By CasD89The owners are very friendly and all the amenities are fine. Lovely small pool, washing machine and aircon. There is not a lot to do in the area. The nearest beach is a 15 minute drive. Any city you want to go (like Iglesias) takes you a long and unpleasant drive. You are in the mountains and every road you take makes you dizzy. Good place to stay if you only want to relax.

Piccola perla in un luogo meraviglioso

Piccolo hotel di recente realizzazione, camera familiare enorme, con arredi volutamente minimal (cosa che apprezzo) e pulitissima, dotata di veranda che si affaccia in una splendida terrazza. Proprietari estremamente gentili, Julieta ha dato a mia moglie la ricetta di una buonissima torta che ci hanno servito a colazione. Sia Julieta che Matteo ci hanno trasmesso la loro passione, che comunque si respira in tutto l'hotel. Bravissimi, continuate così!

Old abandoned mines, beautiful nature and the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean, slow time and open horizons! Host family with great local cuisine to unwind spend a period of rest.The cottage has 6 double rooms with private bathroom and an apartment of 30 square meters. With one bedroom, hall with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, veranda, garden with barbecue.

Reviewed By stefanob238Best agriturismo in town! A silent space with a cozy environment. Run by friends for friendly people. It looks like a tiny place of paradise inside the nature of the sulcis area. Go there if you want to chill, enjoy the nature and live a relaxing experience.
