Heaven on earth
Reviewed By 420philiptravelsNaiberi River Campsite and resort was the highlight of ourTrip. Walking into the room they gave us and we just went "wow!" The room pays attention to detail, is well maintained, clean and always smells fresh. It was a joy being in that room even though the temperatures were quite low in it. We thought maybe there could be a way to also ensure heating in the room. We loved the ducks which always waddled past as if on a routine surveillance of the property. The pool was amazing and a favorite past time. The breakfast could improve a little and particularly in the choice of milk which was too creamy for my liking. But the very polite and friendly staff make up for anything little that may be lacking. Naiberi seriously needs WI FI though. We were not connected the entire time we were there.

Reviewed By _muiruri_rose123Nice hotel. I love the pool. Friendly pool guy. Gave me costume for free to swim my baby girl, (I forgot mine) nice clean bathroom. Serene environment. Nice music. Safe parking. Except food. We have been here two times and the food is always tasteless especially chicken and beef. Please do something about it. You pay for food which you hardly touched. The 2nd time the waiter assured us the chef was changed coz we complained, but she brought the same old food. Please please. Otherwise I love everything about the hotel.

Reviewed By kennie1996The swimming stuff by the name Andrew was rude after I tried helping one guy from drowning. He didn't make any effort to help. If that's the kind of treatment one gets, I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this hotel's swimming pool with Andrew still there.

Light sleepers will suffer the noise levels. Room furnishings and bathroom basic maintenance poor. Comfortable bed though. No room safe. At breakfast, instead of the egg fryer being being on station for requests, the fry-person/cook goes amiss, so rest of breakfast goes cold. Toaster has to be asked for, as it's stashed away. Lunches and evening meals adequate quantity, although some sittings can be quite busy with local population. Table condiments management hit or miss. Paltry choice of 2-5 tv channels in room. Other local group-guests banter in the corridors to be aware of. If coming from Western countries, there are better vouched for choices in Eldoret. Basement car park but not well thought of. Difficult parking.

They offer beverage making facilities in the room.The bed was comfortable. toiletries were provided-lotion, gel, shampoo, soap, shower cap, toilet paper. There are grounds within the place for a quiet moment, parking is availcble and a guard on duty. lovely place.
