Reviewed By Gurpreet SThe hotel staff is a big let down. They will not help you with anything. I had to face an issue with OYO booking as I booked with complimentary breakfast and was told by staff that they have not got booking with breakfast. They were very clear that this is OYO's booking so I have to speak to OYO regarding this or otherwise I may cancel the booking. There was no regard that it was late evening and I was with family. I had to finally cancel OYO and book through GoIbibo. Another stupid rule that though they will not serve you buffet breakfast still you cannot take the Al Carte breakfast to your room else it will become chargeable. This is despite me being with an infant. They will blame everything on management which exists only in thin air. The rooms are old, not cleaned properly and even the bed sheets seemed filthy. Since no-one could change them at night so we were allotted another room which wasn't much better. And how can I forget the strange foul smell in one of our rooms which circulated to the other room we got after change. It was just terrible!!! NEVER EVER book in this hotel.

Poor Management
Reviewed By inderbhatia0701Advance paid on account of room booking from 26th to 28th April 2020, but due to Covid-19 i had to cancel the booking and same was communicated in advance, Now the hotel management is reluctant to refund the advance despite several commitments by the management. Also Manager Mr Alam is really rude and doesn't know how to behave with customers. Its been more than 2 months now i'm still chasing the management for my refund.

Reviewed By ashoklko56Located just in front of Durg railway station this is a comfortable hotel. During this corona time the hotel staff was taking adequate precautions. Food was good,breakfast platter was not elaborate but whatever limited items were served were tasty and satisfying. Overall a comfortable stay.

Our resort facilities are geared towards relaxing your body, stilling your mind and soothing your soul. The location of the resort is our greatest facility - the surroundings are lush and tranquil, and our exposure is truly breathtaking.

Reviewed By prash123If you're thinking about staying here, please go somewhere nicer. The rooms are claustrophobic. Tents are smelly and dirty. Tiny bathroom in suite. View from deluxe is a dirty lake with not so pretty people bathing. Everything looked so dated and need for a proper finish. Kids play area outdoors was ok. There was nothing else to do here. The indoor play area and gym was not even operational. Pool was not very inviting. Food was ok. Live Music was very loud for dinner outdoors. All in all - very poor. There are no activities for anyone to do in this resort. Pleasure? Surely it must be a joke.

Reviewed By Sanjay MHappen to visit Bhilai after a long time and preferred to stay here again. The hotel has kept us its best practices intact. What stands out is the staff at floret. From the security to the Manager in charge, they ensure you are comfortable and every need of yours is met. The room has everything one may need from-an ironing board to a comfortable sofa where you can just stretch and relax after a hard day at work. Best laid out bed ensure you get a good sleep and there is a large cupboard with adequate space to keep your belongings.
