Reviewed By ariess479So much to say... basically they host parties all the time. Even a 10 yr old birthday party with kids eating and throwing food in the pool! Parents didn't care their kids were trashing (and probably peeing in) the pool. Disgusting! Total disregard for guests. Almost every night a party. There was also a wedding then a reception. They do this in the open outdoor area where the pool is. My daughter cried when I told her I wasn't going to crash the wedding reception so she could go to the pool. So I had to deal with an upset kid then all the party noise. It's too bad because this is the best hotel in town and today it seemed like a Day at Chuckee Cheese, only worse! Upon arrival I thought this was a classy place, but this kiddie party with these little heathens just tells me they do not care about guests. The owners should build a separate establishment for hosting events. I'm sure they can.

Reviewed By preciosadgo75When you have late arrival and you don't know the place, the entrance is very hard to locate and no one to assist you at the elevators, rooms not what expected, water not enough pressure to shower on high floors, breakfast was kind of cold. Will not stay here anymore

Modern, comfortable, convenient hotel

It is not centrally located and you need a car to get downtown or get a taxi cab or take the bus, but it is easy to reach from the main freeways. The room, two queen beds, was very nice, clean and comfortable, everything worked fine. Bathroom was very good too. Breakfast is included but could have been better, our guess is that with the pandemic they cancelled the buffet and are now serving you your choice of things - it is probably also a good way to have less food go to waste.

Rooms are very comfortable. The staff and management are very welcoming. And, the hotel is just a block away from the main plaza of Durango. Excellent in every way.

Reviewed By IsmaelGFAbVery quite and clean Hotel, Small but very confortable. Excellent service. Parking lot is small and hard to drive but your car could be secure. Breakfast is good with limited oprions to choose. Overall was a good experiense, I will return son.

Reviewed By Jeff TWe booked this through TripAdvisor and were pleased to find that the reservation was ready for us and at the expected cost ($55). Very new hotel. Very secure. The room furnishings are sparse but adequate. Plenty of plugins. Looks like everything came from IKEA. WIFI was very good. As a bonus for us one of the clerks was deaf. (Never find a deaf clerk in the US.) She was very polite and knew some American Sign Language (in which I am fluent). Knowing no Spanish I found it quite easy to converse with her.

Reviewed By MiltonitoThis midddle price range hotel is located approximately half way between the airport and city center. It is modern clean and staffed by friendly helpful people. They are environmentally aware with some room lights being on motion sensor timers and the ability to request your bedding and towels not be changed every day. They thoughtfully provide complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, a coffee maker in the room and an evening door to door snack service. My room booking included breakfast which was available from the adjacent Bistro Garden restaurant. Breakfast was significantly more than the usual coffee and toast. It was your choice from hot cakes, eggs and toast or chilaquiles. There was sufficient hot water in the spacious walk in shower. The bathroom was handicapped friendly. The only drawback was that the towels were like drying yourself with a very large piece of sandpaper. The room was equipped with cable tv to a I would guess 37 in wall mounted flat screen tv, WiFi and several electrical outlets and USB charging ports. The single draw back was the spotty WiFi signal. Relaxing atmosphere, clean comfortable room and friendly staff all contributed to a great stay. Overall one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have experienced.
