Below are the points i want every traveller to the site must go through which I'm sharing through my experience : - The check in time was 2pm, but we check-in at 5 pm. Still, we were given a room which was full of foul smell I.e. room 40 and after complaining and when room freshners didn't work at all we were shifted to another room. - Our First night, where i was looking for some rest after such a long and hectic drive there were power cuts in every one hour starting 11pm in the resort. But that was somehow managed with Genset support on and off because there was one more family with us in the resort. - The next morning when I complained regarding the same , I was told that there are some issues going on with the power supplies and "we cannot put genset support of the property for single occupancy, since we are the only ones in the resort. - Then the same thing got repeated again in the "25th March 2022" night; I.e. There was a power cut from 4;45 AM till 8.00 AM in the morning, and this time there was no Genset support even. With the scorching heat of 38 degrees and my 4 year kid accompanying it was very tragic and we messed up with our basic requirements and forgot about service or hospitality. - The incident was reported by myself to the caretakers, but they were blank faced, as i was in the middle of complaining the same while having my breakfast in the morning before checking out, again a power cut happened for 20 mins without genset support. - This all happened in the presence of the owner Mr Dhananjay Rathod of the Umaid Palace; but he did not have the audacity to feel sorry or take feedback with respect to all that was happening. Pros: - Beautiful property - super quite environment - Nice pool site - Super Food (But Quite expensive) Cons : - Limited and Non trained staff. - Night power cuts - Only food option in the area and super expensive, I.e. A tawa roti @ 55/- + Taxes. Request everyone to kindly plan trip to this site accordingly, and give serious thought when visiting in summers and with family. Thanks,

Nice infrastructure but poor staff behaviour

Reviewed By aggarwalrka

The hotel is nicely built with nearly sufficient parking space. The facilities provided in the room include LED television, small fridge, air conditioner, towel and soap. All others things are to be paid separately. Even breakfast is not complimentary. I had brought some fresh vegetables in my room, the room boy refused to provide a knife, or cut these for me, even refused for pepper powder. The hotel is Ok to stay but it does not let the client feel pampered or special.
