Good service, nice room a little noisy
Reviewed By RoqueThe hotel is located near a mall and a supermarket which is very convenient. The room was clean and the check-in/out was fast. The only issue is that the walls seem to be very thin, we could hear everything that happens in the hall and the steps from the room upstairs even though they were barefoot. The hotel has a restaurant, we did not try it and near the hotel there are other restaurants (VIPs, chillis). The hotel is on the road.

Noisy and no running water.

However the large gates at the entrance to the property make a ridiculously loud noise evertime they open and practically shake the whole building, sometimes in the middle of the night. This was annoying enough, but coupled with the fact that when I woke up on the second day of my stay, the running water was not working in the bathroom, this was enough for me to know I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I didn't have time to try and get it fixed as I had an appointment to attend to meaning I had to leave the property feeling dirty and pretty angry. When I did mention it to the staff on checkout I got a half hearted apology and that was it. Overall, I feel the hotel is overpriced for the quality you actually receive. Maybe I was just unlucky on this occasion but I will not be visiting again to find out.

Good hotel for business trip also for vacation
Reviewed By Wolfgang HWe stayed for 3 weeks at Hacienda La Villa Real and it was great. The breakfast was also really good we were comfortably circumstanced. Every day we were asked what we wanted to breakfast. On the weekend when we stayed at the pool we don´t miss anything. The hotel managemant is totally flexible if you have to extend your trip or you leave earlier. if you have problems they help you also to translate via phone. When you can´t speak spanish you could have problems when you want to talk with the hotel personal. But with google translate, everything is possible :) Thanks to the girls from the kitchen for the great food. Greetings / Saludos Wolfgang

Reviewed By Luis ZEl hotel tiene una buena hubicacion, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, mi unica queja son todas las reglas que tienen, despues de las 10 de la noche es como si uno estuviera en un convento o un hospital, no puede hacerse nada de ruido, tambien la gente que tienen en la recepcion lo trata a uno con mucha desconfianza, tengo entendido que los duenos viven en el hotel, pero si uno esta pagando por hospedarse, deberian de bajarle a sus reglas y dejar que la gente realmente disfrute de la estadia, otra queja que tengo es como se estaciona la gente, hay veces que hasta bloquean tu paso, y cuando preguntas en la recepcion de quien es el automovil, ellos no tienen idea.

Reviewed By Dan MEl hotel es bastante nuevo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias. Es único pero que las pongo es que no cuentan con aire acondicionado y solamente tiene un ventilador de torre que francamente no es suficiente para enfriar la habitación en el piso superior. No tiene restaurante pero hay un centro comercial muy cerca. El espacio de estacionamiento es reducido. En general, tuvimos una estancia agradable.

Reviewed By purpleskirtMy friends and I went to a wedding around this area. Cuautla is not a very touristy area as it seems this is one of the best hotels you can find. It is a huge hotel (at least, that's what it seems) and they still give you an old key for the room. We were 4 people and we booked 2 rooms. When we arrive, we realized each room had 2 bedrooms, one as a master bedroom and the second with 2 twin beds. I would advice that if your crowd is about 4 just book 1 room. It is a budget hotel but you might probably just stay for 1 night anyway. When we booked we got one price, when we checked out they charged us a higher price. It is not common practice but it was cheap anyway. We enjoyed the fresh wind from the backdoor which faces a common balcony. We found out there was a wasp! We advised the frontdesk which they didn't care much about it.

Reviewed By AntipopLocated in Yautepec, 10 km from Oaxtepec water park and 20 km from Tepoztlan this hotel has a large terrain and beatifully decorated rooms in mexican handcraft. Whole complex is a country club so you can play tennis, squash, pool, ping pong or table games. There is also huge pool and lots of space. Staff is very helpful and nice. Recommended.

Reviewed By SAMagpieHad a number of nights at this hotel. Somewhat dismayed at the room and facilities. The shower is basic, with only luke warm water the first morning. Got better the other days. The beds, however, are quite comfortable. All the furnishings are worn out and drab, Everything is in dire need of a major update. Had a room facing the swimming pool and the dining area.
