Reviewed By Chris-in-thailandI arrived after a long day riding my motorbike and finding rude and unhelpful staff at different hotels. The lady at reception was a breath of fresh air, showed me the room and made check in as easy as possible. All the staff i met there were very polite and helful.

Quaint, charming and exuding warm hospitality, the hotel is located near the airport, a stone’s throw away from anything and everything one might need — from cafes to boutique shops to the huge Central Airport Plaza Mall that is also nearby. This location is a draw for entrepreneurs and wandering creatives due to its vibrant atmosphere. Service is genuinely friendly and the staff’s passion for giving the clients an immersive lifestyle hotel experience is highly infectious. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local creative scene and are more than happy to share recommendations.

Reviewed By paul sCute hotel spacious , sunny and clean with a lovely pool. close to night life and good restaurants. I really liked L"Opera for breakfast and OMG for late lunch. we booked through Agoda and the Housekeeper let us in early. there was no other check in procedure .

Lucky Panda Hotel is a new hotel in Chiang Mai, nearby Chiang Mai international airport and the walking street. We have 4 types of the room includes standard twin, standard double, deluxe double and bunkbed/family. We also aim to service backpackers as we have a free shuttle bus from the airport to our hotel(2 loops per day) and city-loops van(3 loops per day). Also e-scooter and bike/car rental.

Reviewed By wanwisac2019The services and staffs are so good. The room was clean and It’s safety (use key card for entrance to room). It’s very near Whu Lai walking stress (can walk) on Saturday. And the hotel have serving transfer to another place where customers want to go.

Reviewed By Pedro GEasy to reach from and to the airport. Both the hotel and the room were clean and comfortable. We thought it was good value for money. Close to the Ohkajhu restaurant that has many really great salads.

Great hotel with all conveniences but VERY noisy location
Reviewed By PhilMaloneOverall we did love our stay at Nantra Riverfront except for the excessive noise from the karaoke bar restaurant next door, which continued until around midnight and that was only Monday and Tuesday nights (not the weekend, which you would expect to be far worse). The bar has very large and high powered speakers which project the music and singing way beyond the hotel's location. Everything inside the hotel was new and comfortable. Yes, there ARE reading lamps beside the bed, despite what the previous reviewer said! The view to the river (with a lovely garden and waterfall (see photo) is fantastic. The staff are very customer oriented - unfortunately, this is a rarity in most hotels in Thailand - and were very welcoming and went out of their way to help with anything. There is also a quiet reading room next to the garden and the pool, which was a great place to relax. We requested a room on the 'quiet side' of the hotel and the staff obliged and gave us this request. But even though it was as far away from the restaurant noise as possible, it was still extremely noisy until around 12 midnight. The Air Con and closed windows does nothing to drown out the noise. So, if you want a quiet hotel, this location is NOT for you. But everything else about the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, though I think their business will suffer because of the noise from Baan Rim Naam karaoke bar next door.

Amazing Staff and Location
Reviewed By Lizzy HI stayed here for a month and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will always have my hotel in Chiang Mai now. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and very hardworking. They are happy to help in whatever way they can. The maids came everyday and were cleaning experts. The room was very comfortable. One day one of the maids noticed one of the lights wasn't quite working and within minutes the repairman was at the door to repair. Since it was Covid time, they brought breakfast to my room everyday. They were always punctual and smiling. Excellent location as well-within walking distance to Big C, mcDonalds etc.. Highly recommend to anyone and I will be back next time I am in Chiang Mai. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A TRULY LOCAL EXPERIENCE: Modern and beautiful hotel within walking distance from market.
Reviewed By callmejana"The Locals" Chiang Mai freshly opened half a year ago as a very special and modern place. We were amazed by the team especially Aneg who became a friend to us over the few days we had. He is a fabulous host with great insights about Chiang Mai but also wonderful and sympathetic guy. THE HOTEL: The reception area where also breakfast is served creates a beautiful atmosphere and has a beautiful design. We found it a sweet touch hanging little nets of candies at the reception desk you could take anytime we wanted. THE BREAKFAST: For breakfast you can chose between 6 warm, freshly served meals such as scrambled eggs, fried rice or Pad Thai. Coffee, tea and water are available all day. THE ROOMS are very modern and clean with fridge and daily water. SIGHTS/ SURROUNDING: Food markets and the famous saturday market are within a 800m distance and easily reachable by foot. So called "red cabs" are available all over the city. Depending on the distance you can go with them at a minimum fee of THB 30. Just wave at them, ask for the price and off you go. We can highly recommend this place and would stay there whenever we return. Thank you for an especially memorable and truly local experience!!
