Excellent stay
Reviewed By K TWe stayed here for a night on the way down to Lake Garda, and on the way back before an early flight from Milan. The service was excellent, the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. They ensured we have the same rooms both times and they kept the very important teddies that my daughter left on the first night. She was delighted when they were returned. It was no hassle to arrange a transfer for the airport run, and they also allowed the kids to swim in the pool when we arrived late on our final night. The buffet on the first stay was great, and the staff arranged a transfer for us to the airport when when the normal bus was full. Lovely pool and a great way to start and finish the holiday. Great budget hotel with excellent customer service.

Very hot night
Reviewed By RickSFloridaFirst i have to say we we booked originally to a bed and breakfast which had swarms of ants and we refused to stay there. I called Novotel and they sent us the shuttle to pick us up. Very nice. We were completely happy with the room at first. It was hot in room so tuned on and down the AC but seemed to get even hotter. I wentbto lobby and they gave us another room. Same thing. Went back to lobby and given 2 different answers. One was that in the winter ac doesnt isnt on and another that the AC was actually broken. Not sure which was true but didnt matter. We were told to open window. Well it was hot outside so didn’t help. We had decided to spend the night before our flight home in the AM to get a good night sleep. I barely slept and was mad all night. And absolutely no one suggested a discount for the inconvenience or really seemed to care.

Beware the shuttle service!
Reviewed By Stuart93AHotel is fine - and staff are especially friendly. But the hotel is nowhere near the airport terminal. If you don't have your own transport then the shuttle (or a taxi) is the only option. The shuttle cost was 30 euros one way and 20 euros the other (depends on the time of day apparently?). Which meant a whopping 40% increase in the cost of the room.

The hotel staff were excellent, after a very stressful four hours of not being able to board a plane, waiting for our bags to return and having zero communication from the flight company, we needed good people. The staff had held the kitchen for us so we had some food. They recommended ways to get to a different airport so we could get home earlier. Amazing people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you ?

Reviewed By Gerhard SThe hotel in conveniently placed near the Airport Malpensa. There is a free shuttle bus when you are arriving in the afternoon. Unluckily not for me arriving in the morning. The hotel serves the basic needs of a traveler looking for a convenient place to sleep. The rooms are huge and equipped with the basic needs. For the TV you need a binocular. The breakfast buffet has also the basic stuff you are looking for. If you are lucky you get a proper coffee from the espresso machine and do not need the black liquid out of the normal coffee machine.

Also, we are 3 minutes from Malpensa airport, 2 minutes of Gallarate's downtown, 20 minutes from Rho Fiera and 30 minutes from Milan. At 500 meters there is the entrance to the highway from where you can reach all the places you want, whether your trip is for business, as tourism or food and wine lover. Our property is a newly renovated villa quini counts with all the amenities to make you feel as you were at home. In addition, our villa counts with a complete and modern kitchen, heating, air conditioning, and a whole completely new decor. In addition, it counts with a new, full bathroom, living room and two large bedrooms. In addition, if necessary we are willing to offer a typical dishes cooking service with the possibility to taste our dishes, for both lunch and dinner.

Reviewed By opelikatravelsWas flying out of Malpensa airport and all hotels were booked at the airport. Found this gem. Comfortable bed. Also has accommodation for large family. Quiet area and within 5k of airport. Very clean and wonderful bathroom facilities. Would stay again.

Soluzione con 4 appartamenti completamente indipendenti all'interno di una villa Stile Liberty completamente ristrutturata. Ogni soluzione ospita max 4-5 persone. La pulizia viene effettuata ad ogni cambio cliente o su richiesta, concordata con l'ospite, così come verrà concordata la pulizia giornaliera. I costi di pulizie supplementari sono a pagamento.
