I would come back again to relax there ( when swimming pool will be functional and not in peak summer though). Loved the hospitality of staff , particularly the Ops Manager Mr. Khushvendra's welcoming attitude and warmth. Food & Bar was excellent, keeping in mind the remoteness of the city w.r.t. mainstream Rajasthan.

Good hotel with bad experience
Reviewed By singhsahebalthough the hotel is not that bad, my experience was bad if not horrible. I was alloted room 237 which doesn't have any window, only walls like a prison. I asked them to change it, for that I have to wait for half an hour and after that they showed me a roadside room with 2 single beds which has a lot of noise coming from road. I asked them if they had any other room but they denied although the hotel was not full at all. I went back to same room no 237 but didn't knew that more horror is awaiting. I don't know what was behind the walls, central ac unit or water treatment plant or something else, a loud noise was coming from that side whole night and I was unable to sleep peacefully, the only reason I came to this hotel. The service was also not upto the mark as in the morning I told them to send someone to pick my luggage, it taken more than half an hour again that also after reminding them. please check the room carefully before renting it. On the positive side, this is a big, spacious, neat and clean rooms. The quality of room and bathroom was good too. Indoor pool and Zym was also good but the best thing was the food. I had a delicious veg dum biryani in the evening and had a very good breakfast in the morning with many options. The hotel has 2 restaurants in which one is pure veg.

Good Hospitality offered by all the staffs & GM of the hotel . Suggestion : Hotel should have coffee & Tea maker and must to have a room heater during winter season , as it is very cold .

Bad food services
Reviewed By PrateekG219It's too slow a service, and beware ordering without getting full info about the product..we ordered Sizzlers and we got a surprising fritters platter..and even after so many reminders, we got the super chilled water, but we ordered the normal one...and it's slow and not that good a taste...

Reviewed By Anu VThe hotel-chain owns two buildings. One is Hotel Krishna White House International and the other is this one. The latter is cheaper. I travelled solo but didn't stay overnight; just for a couple of hours before catching a train. The service is good and it is an average accommodation.
