Reviewed By 612rohitpThe worst ever dining experience we got in Lemon tree, went with family for dinner to enjoy the meal, but food taste in very tasteless and service is too pathetic. compare to taste and service they charge very high amount of dishes . Asked server to give the General manager number , but he said he can not give directly and he promised that we will get call,but till we did not got any call seem General Manager is too busy that he could not do the single call. Lemon tree need to take serious action if they want to sustain .

Lunch/Dinner buffet is not the right value for money charged 4. Staff members are well trained and look genuinely eager to help customers which is definitely appreciated

The hotel has great landscape and beautiful swimming pool and gym. Staff like Mr.Sushanth, Sateesh , front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping etc are excellent, well mannered and humble. Even the staff at the front gate are very polite. We received a great support from them during our stay. We recommend this hotel to our friends without any hesitation. If we happened to come to Aurangabad definitely we stay in this Hotel. Tasty and very hygienic food they serve in their restaurant.

Reviewed By madmax1976I have been visiting Aurangabad for last few years and always stayed at Hotel Keys and Hotel Rama International. This is the first time I was staying at VITS and literally come to my "Wit's end" to figure out, how any hotel can be so bad on so many counts. To begin with, the AC in the lobby is non functional and in hot summer day you arrive in a lobby of hotel which as hot as outside. The grooming of the staff at the reception was much below what you would expect at 3* hotel. Out of the 2 lifts, one is non-operational and it seems that they do not intend to repair it anytime soon as entries to this lift on all floor are blanked out. When I checked into the room, I notice that power socket of the hair dryer is dangling out of the wall. There were no towels in the bathroom. The bathroom blind is darkened due to fungus, The wooden flooring is extremely worn out. The breakfast was OK, however our decision to have a buffet dinner at the restaurant was our biggest mistake. This is one of the most tasteless food I have had in the long time.. The only saving grace was a dahi raita. I had stayed once in VITS Mumbai and VITS chain of hotel is known to have decent hotels. I have been so much disappointed staying at hotel and suggest people to avoid it,

Old Property not well manintanted
Reviewed By RKS67I visited Aurangabad in May 22(12th to 16th), did my resort booking on line reading the reviews and looking at the phots put the site. The first actual look of resort once you reach on site was completely shocking the reception desk was kind of desert look, small table fan put over there to keep the place cool at 40d c temperature. Some facts, it is huge property (12acer) having > 45 villas, it is more than 25 year old property but at the same time the largest resort in the city (or may as big as ITC hotel), the entire property need immediate overhaul to really call it a resort of 3 or 4 star. The rooms are quite spacious although designed in very old style, bath room fittings and walls are in horrible conditions, you need good muscle strength to turn on the taps, quite unpleasant experience. There is big swimming pool, nice gym and SPA center, though the water in pool does not look pretty clean but guests were using it. Lot of trees are there, huge space for lawns but not maintained at all. My overall experience was quite good mainly due to (1) Pleasant attitude of the staff, they are so much supporting and helpful, really appreciate their behavior (mainly the manager Bhagya and restaurant staff Ashwani), it touched you so much that you forget every bad thing of the resort (b) the meals is so delicious and very large variety, the service is also very prompt. This could be one of the best resort if get the required overhaul immediately, I request the owner should pay the attention to toward this
