Good price but very limited parking space, no elevator, breakfast serve only congee+bread+juice+egg. Front staff are very friendly but back staff are not really. Room size and decoration so cute, clean, toiletary amenities but no kitten.

Super freundlich perfekt als zwischenstop
Reviewed By Lars0711Wir haben Surat thani als zwischenstop besucht und das hostel extrem kurzfristig gebucht. Der Kontakt war mega freundlich und zuvorkommend das zimmer war groß sauber und für uns allein. Die Lage ist super zentral, nur wenige meter zum Supermarkt, Waschsalon oder auch night-markt. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft für kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt und dafür ist Preis/Leistung einfach Top?

Never book this hotel
Reviewed By Kia MI book this hotel via Booking.com, when i arrive i was shock the hotel doesnt have reception as the picture and i pay in cash . The smell is unpleasant the bathroom is not private and it’s disgusting. The “reception “ actually the sleeping area where the owner sleep with kids ( i feel not comfortable with that. Not even comfortable to go out to pass the reception wondering what the owner doing... i decide to check out straight away and I confront them why u didn't give me the room of the hostel that i pay for they reply me because i am alone they deside to make me stay in this place so i was disappointed and they refuse to pay the refund . I attached the picture of the reception the hostel i book then the reality

Leigh Ravenscroft Moor lane Newark Nottingham

On the last day the owner Leigh Ravenscroft came back and said I need to leave because he had family issues and needed to close the place down and head back to England. I asked back for my money and he said send a email. I agreed to leave so did. A hour after I left I realized i forgot my charger so headed back only to find the owner Leigh Ravenscroft from nothingham United Kingdom in my room that I left with two children. I immediately called the police. I know he is from Newark Nottingham because I searched him up after I left. Do not stay he is a wanted man and kid nonce.
