Never going back!

The hotel was empty.. only two other rooms were booked along with ours.. we were the first ones to arrive and got the absolutely worst room in the place. I traveled with my husband and daughter. They gave us a very small room. One bed only and we couldn't even walk in the room. Barely enough space .. We questioned this on the next morning because they open up the rooms to air, we saw that every other double bed rooms were better than ours. They said that we paid for that one, we has to pay extra for the better rooms. Except that we booked on booking.com and the photos and description said that we were booking a room with a double bed and a single bed. On top of that our room was on the third floor.. no elevators.. I even reasoned that I have a bad knee.. but they said they couldn't do anything about it. The breakfast was awful.. and the hotel smelled bad. Very rude people.. hate it.. only stayed because we had already paid for it..

Reservamos no período da Oktober, e a localização permite se deslocar pra qualquer lugar onde a festa ocorre, gastando em média R$10,00 de Uber. Se você for de carro, tem estacionamento disponível, além disso, por um valor justo, a equipe do hostel disponibiliza o serviço de transfer para o aeroporto de Navegantes. As instalações são excelentes, limpas e confortáveis, tem um belo jardim e uma área de convívio com outros hóspedes, e o atendimento é diferenciado. Nos sentimos em casa. O café da manhã é ótimo. Por fim, a interação com os proprietários é um ponto a ser destacado positivamente. Nossa avaliação, portanto, é extremamente positiva e colocamos a nota máxima em virtude do custo benefício que essa hospedagem oferece. Retornaremos em outras oportunidades com certeza.

Excelente Localização e Custo para Oktoberfest
Reviewed By brunogarvasHostel fica bem localizado a uma caminhada da vila germânica onde acontece a Oktoberfest. As acomodações são boas, limpas e bem cuidadas tanto os quartos privativos quanto compartilhados. O café da manhã é básico estilo hostel. Possui estacionamento e chave/controle são disponibilizados pelo atencioso gerente Marcos. Deixando o hospede independente para chegar/sair horário que desejar. Recomendo a estadia com ótimo custo/benefício em Blumenau. Café poderia ter mais frutas e banheiro próprio nos quartos privativos.
