Tadre Molle

Tadre Mølle is the most well-preserved and still functioning watermill of a total of 13 water mills in the area. The mill is listed and offers a good story about "Mill Marie" who owned and maintained family mill for many years by herself. Tadre Mølle is the perfect destination for an enjoying the fresh air and beautiful nature. Here is an opportunity for enjoying a picnic while the kids go exploring in the mill and in the area. The museum is currently closed for the winter, but you are welcome to visit and use the facilities around the mill and enjoy your own picnic food.

Skt. Laurentii Kirkeruin

St. Laurentius is full of mystery and stories about Roskilde city center About 2 meters below Staendertorvet you will find the rest of St. Laurentii Church which is famous for well preserved and original brick floor. In the ruins there is a small museum with finds from the archaeological excavation carried out in 1998. You can also visit the church tower with a beautiful view over the city and look into the old and preserved dungeons.
