Very good for a drop in session with all the coaches speaking English and very welcoming. The box is in a discussed swimming pool which adds an interesting dynamic. The gym floor obviously gets cleaned daily no chalk from the previous day. We dropped in for a class and all the regular people introduced themselves so it made it really nice atmosphere to train in. Thoroughly recommend for a drop in session if you're visiting Lisbon.

My girlfriend and I had a deep tissue massage there yesterday. The spa is clean, the receptionist is helpful, the masseuse is professional and skillful. Our muscle pain are all gone after the massage. Will visit it again definitely.
