We stop in to see the Seaside Gift Shop and the owners every single Christmas trip to Negril! We absolutely love stopping in, picking out some fun things to purchase, and catching up with the family who owns it! We didn’t have much time to souvenir shop so I was looking for someplace where we could find something for everyone. Luckily we came across this lovely little spot. The couple running the store were so friendly and helpful. My 3 year old was having a moment lol and they were so kind and patient with her and she left smiling and happy. I was so frazzled and left a bag with some of my purchases there and when I went back, the bag was there waiting for me. Highly recommend for their great selection and wonderful service.

I only wish I had more time to sit and discuss art with the owner of this unassuming small stall that houses a wealth of paintings by some of negril's finest artists. Yes, there is the smaller rememberances from your jamaica trip, which you will look on fondly long after your trip is over, but there is also some serious works worthy of a prime spot on your living room wall. I recently purchased a third painting from my favorite local artist, as well as a new addition from a Haitian, local based artist. I went to patrick looking for one painting. However, to my surprise, at this shop, it was not a matter of finding a painting that grabbed me, but making a decision from his rather large inventory. Patrick is knowledgeable and helpful, and very accommodating in terms of payment, that is, credit card. Patrick will not pressure you, but will help you. He was incredibly in tune with what I wanted. And I can't wait to see my two new additions hanging on my walls. Patrick is a serious art lover and I only wish I had more time to sit and learn. Next time.
