We were lucky enough to watch a unicorn being created. Such a fascinating experience! Lovely selection of glass ornaments, and a few Christmas decorations too! The owners are delightful, and the dad jokes were right up my other half’s street! Would highly recommend a visit!

The Lovespoon Workshop is a free visitor attraction based around the 17th century Welsh lovespoon tradition. Started by Kerry and Jill Thomas in 1975, the Thomas family continue handcarving Welsh lovespoons within Wales today. Everyone is welcome to come and see our unique collection of yearly lovespoons, one for every year since 1969 and all with a story to tell. Our lovespoons record events over the past fifty years, both within our own family and the wider world. We hand make all of our lovespoons onsite from a wide variety of woods and for all occasions including weddings, anniversaries, births, engagements and christenings. Over the years we have developed a range of over one hundred designs to suitable for a wide range of tastes, from traditional to contemporary. Each lovespoon includes two initials, with addition carving being available on request. We hope you will pop in to visit if you are in west Wales and we can share our work and this wonderful Welsh tradition with you.
Brilliant place to visit, free entry, with a personal introcpduction to the history of lovespoons and the stories behind the awe inspiring spoons on display. The gentlemen were so knowledgeable and friendly, with the opportunity to watch them at work! Great for all ages. Highly recommend it to anyone.

How nice to find a family butcher that is everything it sets out to be. This lovely shop is top quality in all respects - welcoming and friendly, with excellent meat and a delicatessen (some fruit and veg and basic groceries also on offer at fair prices. The Russet apples were among the best I've ever tasted.) What more can you ask ? Anyone living here or nearby is lucky to have Cashell's as a neighbour, and anyone on a self-catering holiday can be assured of the very best.

Well woth going on the 1 day beginners glass blowing course. If someone like me can come away with a paper weight, bauble and vase that I'm proud to say I made, then that just shows you how great Rowena and Paul are as teachers. A very enjoyable day.

If you love chocolate you will love these guys! I ordered a selection of Dragon Eggs from the Easter Range online as gifts which arrived 2 days after ordering! When they arrived they were well packaged to protect the eggs and the eggs themselves were beautifully presented and decorated. I then placed another order and called to check a couple of things with my order. The gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful! The service and experience from start to finish has been absolutely brilliant! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for amazing chocolate!

I popped in here on a sunny Monday afternoon. The chocolate aroma was blissful. The displays of deluxe chocs were extremely tempting. I don't know how I found the will power to leave the shop empty handed! I shall return when I need a fix.

I attended a stained glass workshop today taught by Angelina! I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend to others! The environment was very safe in our separate cubicles and all guidelines were adhered to in a professional but friendly manner. Well worth the price and you having something beautiful to show at the end of the day! Can’t wait to book another class soon.. Grace x
