Awesome company, really good at guiding the right ski/ snowboard equipment based on your size and experience. A shuttle bus stops at a hotel which is pretty close Rhyme to measure sizes. Also helps that they can pick up your equipment from your hotel. I found them great because I had no idea on the equipment I needed and half of the employees speak English as first language.

There is neighbor happo bus terminal. The shop is in the place that is the most convenient for the access to each skiing area of the hakuba valley.

Spicy rentals were just fantastic. Dropped us off to hotel, could leave our rental stuff at hotel at end of trip and they just pick it up, easy to change boots etc mid way through hire. Really friendly and kind staff.

We had used 2 ski rental shops in Hakuba before visiting the Happo branch of Central Snow Sport and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the staff were and how attentive they were to each of us beginners about the fit of the boots etc. Most Japanese rental shops are still very, very manual and thus slow and a bit chaotic while these guys organize everything digitally using bar codes. On top of all that, they sent our sneakers back to the hotel so we didn't have to lug them home, and picked up all the gear from the hotel without us having to drop them off by the shop personally. Great service especially considering walking down the snowy street with the skis on your shoulders with ski boots on your feet is such a hassle.
