The most stunning mountain range in UAE! Visitors can cycle up, go for a hike or the more adventurous can attempt the Jabel Jais Flight which is the worlds longest zipline over the mountains! We did and it was EPIC!

This was just a quick trip in the afternoon in the most perfect temperatures! There is not too much to review on this as it is a fairly small attraction but well worth the trip! Road access is very easy and you can park right at the bottom of hill which the fort is built on and next to the footpath which climbs up to the hill! There is an excellent information board telling you a potted version of the forts history! This site is not exactly wheelchair friendly but you should be ok if you can walk a couple of hundred metres, the footpath meanders gently back and forth up the hill with the last tiny part is having a few steep steps but not to many and is well worth the effort! I’m 60 years old and not very fit but I found it no problem and even climes the ladders through the hatch onto the roof floor! Getting up and back down was easy for both me and my wife. You get magnificent views of a 360 degree vista from the top or even the just the base of the fort! The surrounding area has a few old and interesting derelict properties which we found very intriguing.

A wonderful oasis in Al Hamra Village for everyone with fantastic service from Santhosh, Lyn and Tan, they go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and relaxed. The prices are super and they serve the best chicken tenders & fries in the area!

Situation over miles of unbroken and broken beaches and breakwaters, RAK technically has more than one corniche, and all are equally great. Simple, lined on one site with the beach and on the other with pocket-friendly eateries, cafes and places of interest (the RAK Museum is here too), the RAK corniche is the perfect place to bring your family, loved ones or just your friends and even come solo for a nice long walk followed by a coffee or dinner.
