We had an amazing time learning about oysters and all sorts of local marine life including crabs, starfish, lobsters, sponges... it was really great! We learned how to properly shuck oysters; Gerry was extremely informative and generous. We definitely recommend this experience to everyone. PS: watch out for the lobster, she’s very protective of her space (or prob just wants to make new friends) ;)

We paid for a food tour for Dublin Ireland for our family of 8 it cost us over $500 for last March and of course our trip/travel was shut down. We cancelled all of our tours including this one ahead of time and we’re told to fill out a form which I did we’ve never gotten reimbursed not even when I asked for credit to use in another city. Everything and everyone else was so good about refunds, please do not use this company as they don’t honor refunds and have stopped responding to me. Unfortunate, because food tours are one of our favorite kinds of tours and our company has rescheduled our trip for 2022 crossing my fingers.

1st let me say that Ketty was a very interesting person and very knowledgeable. The reason i have only rated this 2 stars is that for the cost of $75 USD we had been treated to very little in the way of foods. The stop for Irish stew was great as we got to sample more than a thimble full of something. That was nice. the other places with the other exception of the oysters where many people opted not to try them was also good. The rest was simply not worth the amount of money the tour cost per person. I would not be able to recommend this tour to anyone unfortunately.

Frances was an incredibly knowledgeable, organized and insightful tour guide. I always like booking with natives of the country/area because they have an appreciation and understanding of the life around them unlike any other. Our tour was planned out perfectly, easily walkable and a good length of time. During the tour we got to sample some incredible food from multiple different restaurants, watch a very impressive demonstration on making real Irish coffees and so much more. Throughout the trip Frances even threw in bits of information about Kinsale’s history. She truly went above and beyond the entire tour. I would highly recommend booking with Bonner Travel if you ever get the chance to visit Ireland. It’s such a beautiful country and there are so many hidden gems. My only complaint is that we couldn’t spend more time in Ireland, and book more of her tours!

I loved these tours. Took them back in April of 2019. The first tour I took was a walking tour of Dublin. Ciaran was the tour guide. He was a total history buff and made the tour super interesting. The next day I went on a tour to a seaside village called Howth. I had a tour guide named Stephen. He was very cool and even preformed Shakespeare in the woods for his group. I hope to take these tours again one day.
