Située au village du Gorvello, à proximité immédiate de Vannes et du Golfe du Morbihan, la Distillerie du Gorvello est une petite exploitation agricole familiale conduite en agriculture biologique et spécialisée dans la culture du pommier à cidre. Dans le prolongement de cette activité de production, grâce à son atelier de transformation implanté au sein même d’un de ses vergers, Nicolas Poirier élabore avec soin et selon des méthodes artisanales des produits de qualité dont des cidres, des jus de pommes, des apéritifs et eaux-de-vie distillées avec son propre alambic et vieillis en fûts de chêne dans le chai de l’exploitation. Vente directe et dégustation au chai : - De septembre à juin de 9h30 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 18h00; - En juillet et août du lundi au samedi de 9h30 à 12h30 et de 14h00 à 19h00. Visite de la distillerie : - En juillet et août pour les particuliers, les vendredis matin à 11h00; - Toute l’année sur réservation, pour les groupes de 20 personnes minimum.
