We had an 8 day customised tour organised by Azerbaijanguide.az. From the first email reply I received everything was handled very well in a professional manner. Itinerary was designed according to what we wanted to see and do and we had a brilliant time. Our driver and guide, Farhad, was with us all week and was very accomodating. Artunj made sure our tour went without a hitch and was on hand via phone or WhatsApp whenever we needed to contact him. All in all we had an amazing time exploring (being shown) Azerbaijan and would highly recommend Artunj and his company if you decide to visit this interesting country.

What a fantastic day! It started with a great ride in a clean, comfortable van out of the city with excellent conversation and information from Nasimi. We first stopped by the vineyard, where not only did we walk through the vineyards and try the different grapes, but we also watched harvest picking and met some of the locals working. From there, we went to the plant, where we were able to try all the wines and spirits, even at different stages of fermentation. The wines were delicious, with many unexpected varieties (not just pomegranate), and the spirits were also super tasty. All of this, followed by a wonderful lunch at an overlook before a much-need nap on the way home :) I have travelled quite a bit and have done many wine tours, and this was honestly one of my favorites. The hospitality can't be beat, and there really is so much flexibility to make the tour what you want. We will absolutely arrange more trips of other vineyards in the near future. FYI for COVID - masks were worn and hand sanitizer was always available, as well as bathrooms at each stop to wash your hands.

We went to Azerbaijan on a 4 day group tour which covered in and around Baku. After the group tour, next 4 days myself and my friend explored the country side of Azerbaijan with the help of "Baku city Tour". Baku City tour service is extremely good since the day I started communicate with them thro whats app. Their response is so quick which gave the confidence to plan the trip with Baku City Tour. As Landscape photography is my hobby, the driver Farid understood our expectation and planed the day accordingly. We enjoyed every moment we spent in Azerbaijan. Over all we are very very happy with the tour and I recommend "Baku City Tour" any time to explore Azerbaijan.

We leave Baku at 9:00am in the morning, with some stop-points in "Beshbarmag Dag" (Five-Fingered Mountain), Guba City and Masdargah, approximately at 13:00pm we are going to be in the highest village of all Europe - the Khinalug! ABOUT KHINALUG By some definitions Xınalıq (2335m) is Europe’s highest village. Its upper half retains many ancient stone houses that form distinctively austere stepped terraces up a steep highland ridge. And the whole scene is often magically wrapped in spooky clouds that part sporadically to reveal 360-degree views of the surrounding Caucasus. Apart from examining the one-room museum and gazing at the hypnotic views, the main attraction is meeting and staying with Xınalıq’s hardy shepherd folk who have their own language (Ketsh) and still live much of their lives on horseback. Bring warm clothes – nights can be icy cold.

Inclusions: All taxes, fees and handling charges, Professional guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off

Exclusions: Lunch at the local house in Khinalug village (10 AZN)
