Beautiful place to stay in Montenegro
Reviewed By a_novikova13Visited villa Katarina in July 2021 with my boyfriend. We were really pleased with all : place/breakfast/beautiful beaches nearby and (very important !) hospitality of the hosts of the hotel! It felt like we were Welcome there and all our needs were served. We ate breakfast every day in the hotel. It always comes with some meat/cheese cold starters, some eggs in different types of serving, cereal, yoghurt, some vegetables, fruit and some sweet treats. No one would be left hungry. As a watermelon and melon person I enjoyed every day with those type of fruit there and it made my summer even better. So thank you for always fresh and delicious start of our morning. Hotel has all necessary when it comes to the technical side of the room: TV/Air conditioner/blow dryer for the hair - all is there.You would find a safe if the room in case you need to use it and warm blankets if you visit during the cold time.There is option to take iron on the reception to use and even possibility to borrow a beach umbrella for the day and beach towels. We stayed in room 11 and our balcony faced the pool of this hotel. It is surrounded by the olive and figue tree. Very cozy and we enjoyed having coffee in the evening with this beautiful view. The other very important reason to choose Villa Katarina - is the most beautiful beaches in withing few minute walk. Przno Beach is about 5 minute walk but it is a bit crowded with all people on the deck chairs and many people there. Another beach is Queen's Beach which we visited the most in 7 min walk and it has very beautiful view and shadow to hide in during the hot day. Next one on the road is Milocer and it is a bigger version of Queen's beach- beautiful, surrounded by coniferous forest and with plenty room to lay in. The last but not the least- Sveti Stefan which you can reach in withing 15 min walk alongside the beach paths and enjoy incredible view. The beach there is crowded though so we preferred the previous 2 ones better. In about 5 min walk you have bus station to the city which can take you to any other beach or to the Budva old town in 15 min. So we were completely happy with the choice of the hotel and would like to recommend it to everyone who is planning to have calm and relaxing trip to Montenegro in the cozy place where all is in withing few minute walk and in the place where atmosphere is friendly and comfortable! Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Reviewed By Linda ESchlechter w- lan empfang. Herr Dragisic Junior wollte mir keine Rechnung ausstellen obwohl es seine Pflicht war und wir alles gleich am Anfang bezahlten. Er war sehr unfreundlich und unkompetent. Am Vortag meiner anreise wurde ich sogar von seinem Vater angerufen damit er mir sagt dass keine Zimmer mehr frei sind obwohl wir Monate vorher gebucht haben.

Reviewed By DeeetaСамое сложное было для нас - найти апартаменты ))) таксист из аэропорта не мог сориентироваться и мы час бегали в поисках. Поэтому запасайтесь номером телефона хозяйки отеля и будет вам счастье ( если по английски вы сможете объяснить, кто вы и зачем). Так же езжайте по верхней дороге и бысто найдете указатель у калитки апартаментов. Наш номер-студия располагалсяна нижнем этаже и включал в себя спальню, гостиную с маленькой кухней и санузел. Чисто, светло и потрясающе уютно, особенно на большой веранде с потрясающим видом на остров святого Стефана. Там мы и проводили все время, когда были дома и не спали :) Невероятные закаты, перила, увитые цветущими растениями, обеденная зона и шезлонг - что еще нужно для счастья? Пара нюансов: до ближайшего пляжа 10 минут вниз по бесконечным лестницам, очень живописная дорога. Магазинчики рядом, работают допоздна. Обедать и ужинать рекомендую в Драго.

Reviewed By chernenz0nПребывали в этом апартаменте 5 дней. из плюсов удобная постель, чистое белье, наличие стиральной машинки и на этом пожалуй плюсы закончились. в номере 2 этажа 5 балконов, и лишь на одном из них (самом маленьком) видно главную достопримечательность. парковка неудобная, помещались всего 3 машины, а номеров в отеле значительно больше. кондиционеры в апартаменте не работают, очень душно, отсутствуют москитные сетки, вай фай слабоват, телевизор старый но работает с помехами, напор воды в кранах очень слабый, трудно даже руки помыть, не то что принять душ, средства личной гигиены - был только 1 шампунь, просрочен в 2014 году, такое ощущение что тут сильно экономят на гостях , но денег с туристов срубить хотят побольше. в квартире очень грязно, в туалетах воняет канализацией, проводить уборку и дезинфекцию пришлось самим. на втором этаже , со спального места открывается вид на склад мебели. помимо этого данное жилье является не легальным, (так нам было сказано когда мы пытались записаться в Будве на бесплатный пцр тест на коронавирус) и нам пришлось делать тест в частной лаборатории за 150€ на троих. хозяин никак не помог нам решить эту проблему. отдых был испорчен, не рекомендую.

Absolutely stunning and utmost friendly
Reviewed By SrdjanSrdjanBgdWe were absolutely delighted with the accommodation - the apartment is literally one minute away from the beach, it is very clean and spacey, but the most favorite part was the balcony with the sea view. Retail market is one minute away, and there are couple of really nice restaurants nearby. Sveti Stefan is a dream place, perfect for a family vacation. The host - Markolino, was very friendly and polite, always available, we did not lack anything. If you read this Markolino - thank you for making us feel like we are at home. We will definitely come again soon! Srdjan

Reviewed By likemoreОтдыхала с сыном в сентябре 2019 года. Купилась на невысокую цену. Началось все с того, что пляжа, рынка, магазинов в пешей доступности вообще нет. Но я арендовала машину и это перестало быть проблемой. Обещанного вида на море в нашем номере, к сожалению, тоже не оказалось, так что если это принципиально важно для вас, берите номер не ниже третьего этажа. В номере была 1 кровать и одно неновое раскладное кресло. Видно, что посуда не первый год в использовании, трещины и сколы на чашках, слой жира на кастрюлях и столовых приборах. Wi-fi сносный. Горячая вода только в ванной (бойлер). Двухкомфорочная плитка. Есть балкон со столом и стульями один на два номера, разделен небольшой пластиковой перегородкой. Так что завтракали вместе с соседями. Слава Богу, они оказались приятными людьми, хотя и немного навязчивыми. Музыка была сильно слышна, звукоизоляция слабая (или ее нет). Но маленьких детей и пожилых людей с нами не было, поэтому это не напрягало. Первую неделю проживания особых проблем не было. Но дальше случилось неожиданное происшествие. После завтрака нас с ребенком в грубой форме попросили немедленно освободить номер. Это было настолько неожиданно, что я просто потеряла дар речи! В Черногории я впервые и вообще не знала куда идти и что делать. Здесь я должна выразить благодарность сотрудникам букинга, которым я догадалась позвонить. Они не бросили меня с сыном в такой жуткой ситуации, но и тут же занялись моей проблемой. Сотрудник букинга немедленно связался с хозяином (это мужчина), чтобы выяснить ситуацию. Их, как и меня, насторожило, что хозяева не хотят отдавать мне остаток денег за предстоящую неделю проживания. Поговорив с представителями отеля, сотрудники букинга были полностью на моей стороне и подключили к решению вопроса вышестоящую инстанцию. Как мы поняли, хозяева хотели повторно сдать наш номер, заселить других людей и еще «заработать» на этом помимо букинга. Только после разговора с сотрудниками букинга мне вернули деньги (ну немного меньше) и я в панике уехала в другие апартаменты. Кстати, осталась очень довольна.

Reviewed By milanbojicBe careful! Booked through Hotels.com money was immediately taken and when I came to the apartment received information that they do not work with Hotels.com. I later complained to Hotels.com but they put the blame on the apartments and the apartments on Hotels.com. The money was not returned. My recommendation is to avoid booking this apartment online, especially through Hotels.com

Reviewed By Olesya MУютные апартаменыт в Пржно. Скромная обстановка, но очень чисто и уютно. Очень внимательная семья-хозяева. До пляжа минуты три пешком, сам пляж очень маленький, но мы всегда находили местечко. Рядом автобусная остановка. Можно доехать до Свети Стефана и до Будвы. Недалеко есть магазинчки с продуктами, ассортимент небольшой, но необходимое есть. До Свети Стефана можно гулять пешком через парком, который прям рядом. Очень спокойное место.

The best holiday ever
Reviewed By Ирина ПHighly recommending this for everyone,couples,families, older people. Really close to one of the best beaches in the Montenegro seaside (Sveti Stefan beach). Also i have never seen a view from our teracce more beautiful, whole Budva town and city light at night,amazing sunsets and island Sveti Stefan right under. Next to all of that, hosts are amazingly kind and friendly and it made our holiday even better. And really important,room we stayed in was so clean. We look forward to come back here again?????

Room with a view
Reviewed By StasTolokolnikovApartments are just superb. Clean, light, a lot of space. Exceptional view and perfect facilities make your stay a pleasure. I liked every minute of staying there. Location is a bit far from the sea - 5-10 minutes walking and the nearest beach is small and crowdy.
