Reviewed By sam23572I had booked a studio apartment room here. Room is specious and great. Alongside it had fast WiFi, Fridge, couches. The behaviour of the staff is also top notch. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Near from Airport
Reviewed By iamrajsgonly 10 min from airport via cab. Reached around 3 am. Had no issues in check-in. Room had a small refrigerator also and a minibar. room was spacious. Bathroom was also having good space. Didnt had breakfast as it wasnt in the package.

Poor hygiene. Avoid
Reviewed By miren007We went here for a night as a break journey. We reached late in the night around 10. There was no security in the building. The rooms are strictly ok. There was dust on the floor, and lacked hygiene. Basic facilities such as AC, geyser and TV were working fine. Breakfast was bad. I will suggest avoid this place. Look at much better options around on OYO.

Every floor they have 3 bedroom apartments with 3 individual bedrooms with attached toilet and balcony , the living room and the kitchen area is shared between the each room. They serve breakfast if you have taken it with the room. The rooms are clean , bathroom is clean . Room has tv and phone but no channels in tv. The common area has fridge and water dispenser which is free to use. The only issue is the place lacks security. They all delivery boys like Swiggy and Zomato come right to your room. They told me they do not allow outside guests to use the living room facility but during our stay i found guest from other room had invited his friends for a small party. They ate food and alcohol in the common area and left over was not cleaned till the next day. They need to improve the level of security. By the way this place is in Undri and a new area under development. It is quite far from Magarpatta and definitely far from Swargate or Pune Station. I stayed here because we have a relative whose house is small and in the same area.

Exact opposite of hospitality
Reviewed By SkysowI booked a 2 BHK accommodation for family stay with them after a friend inspected one of their brand new apartments. Inspite of having booked a few weeks ago, the property details were shared only a day prior to my arrival and we were offered a really old and dirty property. I immediately expressed my unhappiness about the property as soon as I saw it. At first they said they didn't have any other vacancy but finally said that they only offer the brand new apartments to corporate bookings where they rent out individual rooms. Had they clearly said this upfront at the start I would not have booked with them. When I told them the property was dirty they said whatever work you want done you can ask the caretaker and he will get it done. I asked them to dust and clean as my child's hand had turned black immediately within 5 minutes of entering the apartment. The caretaker took a really dirty mop and appeared to just smear the dirt all over the place with no bucket to dip the mop into. I decided to stay since I paid for 1 night in advance. However below are the other horrors we experienced during the 24 hour hell Broken pieces of glass probably from a drunken night before Cockroaches crawling around the kitchen and living areas Power outage Fan not working in one of the bedrooms Really dirty and stained dishes/vessels Dirt in corners including gutkha wrappers Dust all over the place Worn and yellow looking sheets and towels I checked out and went to a hotel the next morning. We did get breakfast delivered to the apartment in the morning which was 8 aloo paratha and 1 tea tied in a plastic bag. We were a family of 4+1kid. I would stay away from any airbnb or apartment stays like this in future, at least in India.

Very Bad Staff.. Bad Hotel.. Worst Experience
Reviewed By SagaRekhaI have visited this hotel 2 days before. Booked my stay from Oyo Rooms. Front desk staff is very rude n arrogant. I reaches there at 1 pm but till that time no rooms were ready. Room which is alloted to me is very dirty n not cleaned well. Dust is everywhere is room. As entered in room smells bad odour of smoking. No wifi is working. Furniture was broken. AC from 1980's time. Fan is noisy. No proper lights. No bucket in bathroom. Tap were so uncleaned n dirty. Most imp is no keycard to the guest they opened the door with master key everytime that means your Safety, Security n Privacy is on Raam Bharose.. Main door locke broken so not working n locking from inside. Tata Sky is not working. Telephone not working. Linens n Towels were not cleaned properly and not hygienic. For everything u have to call reception for more than 5 times they just tell you 5 min. I think 5 hrs are equal to 5 min for them. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.. please stay anywhere but dont dare to stay there. Worst is just word experienced lot more than that.
