Reviewed By EdmondDantes_10Good location in Petrovac (5-10 min walk to the beach), but overall I have to say this was a disappointing experience (not in line with the reviews seen here). *Pros: close to the beach, quiet, decent breakfast (albeit for an extra 8 EUR), space outside with a table/chairs and a small kitchen, sea view *Cons: parking ~400m walk away (I measured; and parking is not easy to access - owner actually insisted on parking our car himself given the steep ramp), bathroom had many issues (coat hanger way too high, broken tap, leaking shower hose, visible electrical wires coming out of the wall…), relatively expensive given the quality (we had better rooms for almost half the price elsewhere, but I realize this may be the local market on the busy Adriatic coast…) All in all, I would look for another option if ever back to this area.

Reviewed By ddamjan_ddThe staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dragana. The room is big, well organized and the stuff inside looks new. It is located near the city beach (about two minutes by foot) and the supermarket (one minute). Cleanliness is 10/10.

OAZA II - is in an excellent location and the apartments are all high quality. They are near the promenade and 50 m from the beach. We recommend them to the guests if the distance to the sea is crucial for choosing accommodation, as well as proximity to shops, restaurants, for those who simply want to be in the focus and a few steps from the beach.

Reviewed By Jens FVery clean and modern. WiFi didnt work but issue was resolved when we told housekeeper about it. Balcony with sea view. Housekeeper Olga spoke good English and was very serviceminded. Would definetly visit oaza again.

Reviewed By GrandTour64865237522Давно хотел оставить отзыв.Летаем из Минска.Я в этом отеле не впервые раз.Три звезды.Очено нравятся хозяева ,приветливые и гостеприимные,разговаривают и понимают русский язык.С аэропорта всегда встретит,бегать искать наглых таксистов за 50€ не надо. Драгон и Елена большой привет.Что хотелось бы написать о Елене ,у нее всегда чисто и убрано,все просьбы всегда услышаны и по возможности выполняются. То что касается Драгона ,то он Охотник и рыбак.Приглашал неоднократно на рыбалку на лодке,фото улова на фото.Огромнейшее спасибо Елене всю словленную рыбу готовила на гриле,пальчики оближешь. С Минска вез рыболовные снасти,зря.Он все предоставил,хочешь ловить с лодки, хочешь с пирса.Ходили вместе показал хитрости ловли,много нового для себя узнал . Хотел взять в аренду авто,так Драгон помог с поиском,позвонил знакомому и за 30€ в сутки у нас на следующий день был авто ,с теми пожеланиями к авто которыми я заказал.Покатались, посмотрели изумительную и красивейшую природу Черногории,храмы ,мост Джурженича и конечно серпантин в горах.В конце поездки съездили в город Бар,где закупились вещами итальянских брендов по хорошей,скидочной цене. Обедали в местном ресторанчике у Лозы,завтракали и ужинали дома,в номере есть всё для того что бы приготовить пищу,плита,чайник и кухонные принадлежности,холодильник. Черногория в последнее время очень людное и посещаемое место ,так как виза не нужна.Хотя на отдых мы потратили много,но это стоило того.Одним словом отдохнули душой и телом.В этом году если ВируС пустит ,то обязательно прилетим.

Reviewed By ShimnikApartment Zenović is very close to the city beach of Petrovac (maybe 5 minutes walking). A supermarket, souvenir shops, market, restaurants, parking are also very close. The owner does not speak English very well, however, if you know Russian, you can easily communicate, because of the language similarity. The apartment is good designed and built in such a way that you don't feel hot, when it is +30 outside. And even if you feel so, the is an AC. I could not find how to switch hot water in the shower, so had to be refreshed every time taking it. No credit card terminal, even though it is indicated on the booking website that they have one. Rooms 2 and 3 are located to a small kitchen, so if someone wakes up earlier than you, they will disturb you.
