We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. Established in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant, later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia and, lately Casa De Rosa Apartments & Studios in Svoronata. Oskars Studios & Apartments are located in Lassi, at the capital of Kefalonia - Argostoli. Just 100 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the fully organized Kalamia beach, at the romantic and scenic Fanari Lighthouse route. All rooms offer fantastic view over the Ionian sea, the sunset and the area of Palliki Peninsula as well as the coastline of Kefalonia. The location is such that offers visitors quick and easy access to the commercial center of Argostoli, and to some of the most famous, beautiful and cosmopolitan beaches of Kefalonia, Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. It is also nearby to some of the most picturesque beaches of Lassi Mediterranee, Paliostafida, Gradakia, Kalamia and Fanari. The 3-star complex operates with a license of the Greek National Tourism Organization. It is a complex of Apartments and Studios fully equipped that can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. All rooms have double glazing, furnished balconies, WC, a/c, flat screen tv, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator. In the public areas of the complex you will find a private parking. There is also a beautiful garden full of flowers, citrus and fruit trees ideal for you to relax or for a picnic. In the bar of the complex you can enjoy drinks, ice creams and various snacks, while in the famous Oskars Restaurant you will be thrilled with our wonderful menu. The airport is 8 km away and transfer can be arranged upon request.

Reviewed By Petra161Short trip but wonderful! The staff is nice and they helped us with everything we need. The appartment very clean with a wonderful view. We miss our vacation and we miss the moussaka ❤️ Hope to go back soon and spend more days at Oskars appartment.

Dendrolivano means "Rosemary" in Greek and is an apt name for our hotel given that the entire property is lined with Rosemary; resulting in that the scent in the air compliments the beautiful natural scenery. It is a family-run business and aims to treat each guest as a visiting family member; home cooked meals, traditional recipes, natural products, free bicycle rentals, a playground for our younger guests, a barbecue, a pool and many more amenities that will create a complete experience while visiting our island. The Greek Coffeehouse located on the grounds, under the shade of our olive tree enhances the Greek experience. Everything we do is guided by three Greek values: Hospitality. Simplicity. Tradition.
Stop off with a Kayak tour

Breakfast and dinner last night were epic, and served in such beautiful surroundings. We hope to come back as it was fantastic. Thankyou. John and the Kayak team.

Basic but lovely
Reviewed By dianeaJ9885LNOur 2nd stay at Helena's and once again thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Typically Greek basic self catering, but comfortable, clean and very friendly . We are in the older block and it's absolutely fine. Not sure who gets the newer block lol. Sat on the balcony as I write before packing to go home sadly. Can't comment on the pool and bar as we prefer the beach and the peaceful balcony to relax, it looks very pleasant though. Special mention to Helena and husband, so friendly and helpful and the cleaner and handyman who do a fantastic job. The area is very peaceful and if you're used to 'Greece' you'll enjoy I'm sure. If you want ultra modern and lots to do go elsewhere.

Reviewed By BookburuzVery clean, astonishing view of the sea and Zakynthos island and the mountains too. The rooms have a very nice design and are equipped with all you need. Barbeque place can be used, but there are also restaurants, a bakery and cafes in the area.

Amazing stay…
Reviewed By karenebsWe recently stayed for four nights at Sami View. We can’t recommend it enough. John and Vicky are amazing hosts - so hospitable. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. Also the best shower - great water pressure. The pool area and gardens are like a tropical paradise. It’s also a great location for travelling around Kefalonia. You won’t regret staying here … we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Quieter and good value
Reviewed By nickmY1003VRWe had booked a room at short notice. When we arrived we were told that as we had asked for an upstairs room with a view we were in the place next door Sea and Creek. They are linked businesses it seems. The room we were given was excellent. Breakfast was at their taverna on the beach about 10m away up the beach. More than enough of it. Good quality. Varied. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The site is on the beach. The sea is shallow and ideal for swimming you can stroll up the beach, and across the rocks to the next beach where they have protected areas for turtles. The other way is the small village. Lots of sea front restaurants with various local and international foods. Fish is big. There are a couple of mini markets on one of the roads to the sea front. Watersports are available. Unspoilt and low rise buildings. Ideal for those who want a quieter holiday. It is about 30 minutes in a taxi. We preordered one via booking. Com for about £33. The driver drove at safe speeds. He was waiting for us at the airport

Reviewed By Voyage62576906011Just finished our week at Marina Anna studios. We had a great experience wasn’t sure how it would be due to being a fairly cheap package. However we were more than pleasantly surprised. Firstly the host Tonia is brilliant she can’t do enough to help you. Gives great tips of where to visit & eat during our stay also arranged for a surprise birthday cake for my birthday. Studios are clean & simple all you need for your stay. Good hairdryer supplied, kettle, toaster and cooking hot plate if you want to cook. We ate out every night and enough restaurants to visit in a week which are in walking distance with some just a little further. Nice beach also in walking distance if you are fit enough to walk up the hill. Beautiful island & fantastic host a great holiday and we shall definitely return.

Nice place to stay, value for money

You are probably paying %30 less than a regular fare of a 3 star hotel in the region and rent a good space as clean as it can be with free parking and a patio. The owners are very nice people trying to be as helpful as they can be during your stay. Yes you need a car bur that's valid almost for all facilities in Cephalonia if you want to visit various treasures like Antisamos Beach, Myrtos Beach and Argostoli. I'm quite happy with what I get against what I have paid and definitely would recommend the place ...

Spacious room and friendly host
Reviewed By ElenaTsiSpacious, clean and cozy room in a very convenient area, close to Lyxouri village. Hosts were very friendly while also helped us with everything we needed! Parking is not as much easy if you have a long car but still people will do the best to serve you. Pets are also welcome which we liked as we have a tiny lovely dog! We recommend this place whether you want to have peaceful and quiet stay!
