This is a private family apartment hotel set on Kaunas Old Oak Hill. It is spacious and sunny terrace with an impressive panorama of Kaunas Old Town. All apartments are bright and spacious and offers free wireless internet access. Each room has a cable TV, bathroom, kitchen with microwave, oven, electric kettles and dining space. Guests can relax on the terrace garden with an outdoor barbecue. You will reach Old Town sights, restaurants, night clubs in walking distance in 7 minutes. "Laisves Aleja" five minutes walk, "Akropolis" and the arena for "Zalgiris" 20 minutes walk. Bus and train station by taxi about 10 minutes. Karmelava airport 14 km – about 25 minutes by taxi. Preferred communication language is Russian, Polish, Germany, English.

Reviewed By maria19602016We had a very warm welcome and the room was just what we neede for one night. Close to the center, but yet peaceful and quiet. Free parking, nice garden and wiews. A very good choice. Kaunas has a lot to offer.

Reviewed By magna682015Prima appartementen, goede indeling, alles is aanwezig. Wasmachine/droger, vaatwasser. Ligt er wel aan in welk gebouw je zit. ( dan kunnej de faciliteiten wat beperkter zijn. Communicatie was ook prima, problemen werden vrij snel opgelost. Zou er zo weer boeken. Niet in het gebouw aan de drukke doorgaande weg.

Reviewed By sharon132017Lovely clean spacious room, some with kitchen facilities some without. Huge tv screen with Netflix. Chinese restaurant downstairs hairdressers & barbers. Also gym. Lidl & rimi across the road along with hesburger & McDonalds

The elegant, family-run Alpetri Apartments are located in the heart of Kaunas, just around the corner from famous Laisves aleja. All come with free Wi-Fi, iPod docking stations and free on-site parking. All Alpetri apartments are stylishly decorated and come with a seating area with a sofa, cable TV and a DVD player. Each has a fully equipped kitchen area with a hob, a microwave and a dining table. Front desk staff is at your disposal 24 hours. There is also a hairdresser located in the building. Alpetri Apartments are situated next to the historic St. Michael Church. The popular shopping centre, the Akropolis, is only 800 m away. Languages spoken: English, Lithuanian, Russian Check in at 14:00 check out until 12:00 (noon) All children are welcome. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 10 per person per night when using existing beds. Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Desperately in need of refurbishment

The ground floor apartment in block 5b is actually a shop that has been converted into what I could best describe as a bed-sit due to its most peculiar lay out. This acccomadation is in dire need of refurbishment and does not have a dishwasher, washer/dryer or any controllable form of heating to mention just a few of the items that are mentioned in the description by the owners. During our 6 night stay the towels and bed linen were not change, the waste bins were not emptied and nor was there anywhere outside to put kitchen waste The entrance to the acccomadation and all the windows face into a courtyard that is actually in a pedestrian throughway which is heavily used by the local populace making it extremely noisy with people passing by until the early hours

Worst Night ever
Reviewed By Ralf BDon‘t go there, stay away, unreliable unreachable. We booked a Apartment with tow rooms we got a tiny room total unacceptable. Also it was tiny, it was unbelivelbal hot at Midnight still 30C and stinky towels, we left After one Night, if we don’t travel with baby we left immedeatly. I Hope they take better care in the Future
