Anastasia couldn't have been nicer
Reviewed By Laura MMy husband and I stayed one night in mid-October. After Anastasia saw that we were settled into our room, she pointed out the ruins of ancient Corinth to me, visible from our doorway. With Akrokorinthos, the massive mountain being my focus, I was looking near the mountain for the ruins. Rather than getting exasperated, she directed my attention to the nearby church, which is right next to the ruins. I had no idea that the ruins were right in town. Another example of how nice she was: we called her from the town of modern Corinthos to say that we'd arrive shortly. However, while driving on the tollway, I was so busy snapping pictures that we missed the exit... Thankfully we were able to exit the tollway about 10km further; but, we wound up arriving more than an hour later than what we'd told her. If she and her husband were irritated, they masked it well.

Located within a five storey building, the Hotel offers double and triple guest rooms with heating and air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, free wi-Fi and breakfast.

Reviewed By shahramparisLocated on a busy, noisy intersection,this hotel was sadly grubby and unclean on our visit. Our room's carpeting looked like it had not been vacuumed for some time, and had there were multiple dirt stains all on it. The bathroom was in a bad state and looked unpleasant; its over-the-mirror light fixture cover was missing with exposed wires. I know it is classed as a 'budget' hotel, but there is no excuse for neglect and uncleanliness. The AC unit was old and made a heck of a lot of noise till we discovered that the "swing" mode was the culprit at 5 am in the morning.The hotel in general desperately needs upgrading and attention. Would not recommend in its present state.

You find all the necessary within arm's reach: sea and beach, forest and moutins, boats and bicycles. You can eat tasty meal prepared in the hotel or cook by yourselves after buying seafood, fish, meat, vegetables in specialized shops. All and everyone in the hotel are very friendly, polite, ready to help in resolving all the issues and formalities (specially in postcovid times). It was our second visit and we want to come again!

Reviewed By PhilippeNolletGuesthouse Celana is perfectly located at a two hours drive from Athens International Airport. The rooms are very clean, building and furniture is somewhat outdated, but just that made it (for us) so very relaxing. Owners Panagiotis and Panagiota are very welcoming and warm people. From morning till night they keep themselves ready for their guests. Only remark we can think of is that WiFi was not always available in the room. The restaurant is definitely one of the better ones during our one month trip in the Peloponessus. We asked Panagiotis every day what he could recommend and we were never disappointed. Very recommendable.

15 minutes from Loutraki, 80 Minutes from Athens, Heraion Lagoon will enchant you. A blue lake and green mountains, like an art picture. Mantas Bay apartments are located in a field of 6000 m2 , each apartment is unique, designed with the greek traditional architecture, fully furnished (internet connection) and totally independent (with garden) . Here, you can feel like home! Just in front of our block of apartments is our beach bar- tavern. Here you could enjoy our coffee on our sunbeds or your beer or meal. The beach at your doorstep!! Reviewed By SiliaMaximou2016Completely abandoned bungalows. Need cleaning. The place looks like haunted. Zosephine is doing her best to keep it alive, but needs staff. I would never go back... I would never recommend it... Too pity because the lake looks very good...

A secret gem in Feneos area
Reviewed By vthanoWe stayed at Alexiou Guest house for two days. The location of the Guest house is just perfect. It has a stunning view of fir woods, the snowy summits of Ziria mountain, and green fields surrounded by pine trees. It is very close to the beautiful lake Doxa and surrounded by beautiful landscape and little villages. The guest house is made of stone and wood, has separate rooms with balconies facing the forest and a wonderful open restaurant area with big windows all around so one can enjoy the incredible views. The rooms are cosy, they are beautifully furnished and have a fireplace. They are comfortable and well heated. The bathrooms are of an adequate size, and nicely decorated. The only issue is that there isn't WI FI in the rooms and the TV only shows four channels! Outside there is a whonlderful courtyard with tables to sit and have your coffee or breakfast when the weather is nice, and even a swing hanging from a tree! The hosts Mrs Efi and Dimitris make the guests feel like home. They are very friendly, answer your questions about the area, provide information about places of interest. They also provide bicycles and canoes for the nearby lake Doxa. The breakfast they serve is delicious, not the typical European breakfast, but local products, butter, gogurt, honey, pies that Mrs Efi has just baked, cakes, homemade marmelades. It is really what you would want to taste when you are in a mountain village. We loved the place and the area and really recommend it to mountain and nature lovers!
