Spawned from a local freeskier's passion for steep skiing and an obvious need to change the face of ski instruction, Extremely Canadian is like no other ski school in the world. Come find out why.

I have taken the 2 day steeps clinic twice, Once in 2012 with Gavin, and again in 2021 with Steve M. Steve and Gavin are both incredible skiers and instructors, who pushed me of my comfort zone (but within my abillity) to improve my skiing, both technically and mentally. Their knowledge of the terrain at Whistler Blackcomb is very deep. I have been skiing here since the 70's, and they both took me on lines that I had never skied. Some because I did not know about them, others because I did not feel I was up to the task. My recent class I had luck on my side, and had back to back powder days with lift line priority. My epic app tells me we rode 56 chairs in 2 days. I highly recommend the 2 day steeps clinic, it is a great way to improve your skills and your knowledge of the terrain at WB.

A huge thank-you to Fiona and her team for offering such superb service! As a local, I feel incredibly lucky to have such high quality products available nearby. I've "explored" more than 25 of their amazing olive oils and balsamic vinegars and always look forward to spending time in the store with their knowledgeable staff. We are currently in the midst of Covid-19, practising social/physical distancing. In typical Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. style - they have stepped up by offering on-line/over the phone ordering for either drive-by pick up or free delivery on the Coast. How wonderful to have received my oils and vinegar at my door within hours of ordering!! Thank-you, thank-you for all you do!

My 2 teenage boys thoroughly enjoyed carving their inukshuk soapstone souvenirs with John as an alternative Apres ski activity. My inukshuk was an opal inspiration with Chris. Thanks guys.
