Popped in with 3 mates for a drink. Stayed for a few. Nice range of ale and cider, also sells spicy pork scratchings. Lots of bits and bobs to check out, the landlord Nigel knows his beer and always happy to help with your selection. They change regularly, so won’t recommend anything!! Try the “spitfire seat”... Don’t go to a typical pub, try this gem.

I could just write a review after every massage due to how fantastic this place is. I’ve had multiple massages from foot reflexology, to hand reflexology, to Swedish back and shoulders, hot stone, reiki etc. It doesn’t matter who you have doing the treatment, the relaxation and feelings you experience are unlike no other. I most recently had a back/shoulder/neck massage with Saffy and I could have cried in joy at the relief I felt from her incredible skills. I honestly can not write enough about how fantastic it is and how much Laroma Therapies can ease my anxiety. 10/10.

Worthing's latest Micropub is the best one yet! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, they really know their ale which helps. I visit regularly and there is always a superb variety of local and regional ales, as well as a choice of delightful ciders and excellent wines available. They also have a selection of fine European beers and have recently started doing additional keg beers for added choice. The pub has a pleasant atmosphere, a traditional feel but with modern decor, and is a great place to have a chat with your beer. You must try the pies when you visit (there is usually a vegetarian option too) or the pork pies, both of which are delicious. The pub provides a cheeseboard and cured meat selection every Sunday from midday too. They even offer takeaway beer if needed! Probably the best pub in Worthing.
