This is a must place to visit if your anyway interested in Aircraft, local aviation history. You can either spend hours reading of the fate and history behind many recovered crash site aircraft relics or spend an hour or two to look inside aircraft cockpits, see how pilots were trained in simulators or view some of the uk's most iconic aircraft that are on display. This is a place where the Volunteers are most helpful and knowledgeable. Take the time to visit even if for a short time and the entry wont break the bank! Dont let the memory of what the men and women of the services have done for us for so many years. Thanks Peter and crew for taking the time to speak to Joshua and myself. Rgds Duncan

Bought as a present. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff are so knowledgeable and obviously love their birds. Small group made the experience much more personal. We got to handle the birds and also had a flying display where we were allowed to have the birds flying to us and landing on our gloved hands. Totally enjoyable day for any animal lover.

This museum was purpose-built to house its amazing array of artefacts, covering every conceivable aspect of Wisbech and Fenland life from prehistoric remains to the tools of local industry, and all sorts of interesting things collected by its founders in years gone by. There is so much to see in a relatively small space that more than one visit to this free museum could easily be made. An excellent place to pass the time if the weather's bad!

Great to find a traditional family business. We took a tour round the brewery with an excellent guide - accompanied by the resident cat - and tasted the delicious beer. The garden is a joy. Small, beautifully planted areas lead one into another making a series of oases. This place has charm. And the staff are friendly too!

This is a hidden gem in the centre of Wisbeach. The cafe is in a lovely courtyard together with the bookshop and is a very peaceful setting. The gardens are very well laid out with beautiful flower beds and orders, and the croquet lawn is a gem in the midst of the town. On the day of our visit a pianist was playing in the library , it was a wonderful experience. The house is very welcoming and has a wonderful atmosphere, well worth a visit.

Not currently open for many hours it seems, but we'll worth a visit. Very friendly, volunteer staff in a quaint and apparently ancient green painted shed. Sit inside or outside under cover in the quiet garden. There's lovely home made cakes and a choice of freshly brewed coffee (with free top-ups! when it's quiet), tea and various cold drinks, all very reasonably priced. A little gem in the the centre of town. Check online for opening hours. There's not a lot of parking right outside but there are big, free car parks nearby.
