Clean, economical family place
Reviewed By RebmexI spent 5 nights here recently. The place is simple, but clean and the staff are helpful. The hotel is built around the pool which also becomes a big echo chamber with the noise of all the children in the pool, especially on the weekends. There were a lot of families on the weekend, but I was also Mother's Day. It is only 1 block to the ocean and not too far to the aquarium and beach nearby.

Reviewed By EdznaCAnita la administradora nos atendió muy bien, su atención es muy personalizada, la comida es deliciosa, con mucho sabor y con ingredientes locales, de altura pero típica de la región. Las habitaciones son de dos tipos pero ambas muy cómodas, las renovadas que son modernas con toques típicos y las clásicas que están llenas de encanto e historia.

Reviewed By Andrea LInitially the room we were in had water all over the floor. We were moved quickly to another room. The room was good, two double beds and a small balcony with a great oceanfront view. There wasn't a safe in the room. Great walk along the waterfront to the main central square of town.

Reviewed By alettiag2020Me encantó el Hostal, un lugar cálido, muy limpio y amistoso para hospedarse. El WIFI no es muy bueno pero tiene Agua Caliente para bañarse. La Cocina es muy amplia y los huéspedes respetan la comida del refrigerador. En la parte de la azotea tiene una terraza muy cómoda con vista al mar.

Las habitaciones son bellísimas, con una decoración colonial y muy muy limpios. Te dejan café y galletas tradicionales de la region de cortesía que están deliciosos. Está en una ubicación privilegiada porque puedes llegar caminando a cualquier lugar. Tiene vistas muy bonitas desde las habitaciones. También tiene una terraza con una vista maravillosa para tomar fotos o vídeos. El concepto está muy agradable muy tranquilo y el trato es por demás atento y cordial. Definitivamente cada vez que vuelva a Coatepec llegaré ahí sin dudar. Más fotos en IG.

Nice room and good location
Reviewed By ontheroadkevI was looking for a place to stay with secure parking and between Boca Rio and Plaza Americas. This hotel fit the location so, I decided to try. Payment was "cash only" at check in which was a little surprising for me a foreigner, but worked out just fine. I only paid $500 peso or about $25US, so price was low. The room i was assigned was on the top level. Clean and well prepared, even if a little small. AC unit worked to cool the room quickly. The bed was a little too hard for my liking and the pillows flat, but usable. I felt perfectly safe throughout my stay, even more knowing my car was also secured and off the main roadways. My biggest complaint is the fact that the room key was chained to a horseshoe. This made it quite large and heavy.
