Worst Hotel yo stay with family
Reviewed By SakshamAryanThis is not hotel for staying. If you want to enjoy view with some snacks, then you can go for it. I had taken deluxe room with view that they charge 3500 on site. But when you enter room, you would realise how pathetic room and bathroom they have. Their room hardly reserve maximum up to Rs 1000 per night. yes I agree they have nice view in room and on the top of the roof. You won’t believe they only served paratha for 3 days . They have many items in food menu but hardly you get those dish. They have only limited food dish but show long list in food menu. Never ever stay in this hotel with family. Although staff are nice and cooperative.

Reviewed By Trippyboy12345The hotel is at an excellent location with a marvellous staff. We were 4 families together. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We wanted to play holi at the hotel and the zen garden became an ideal spot. Even the hotel staff allowed us to use the common room for gulal colours which was unbelievable. There is a hut at the parking top which became our night spot for chatting at long hours with family. I would rate this hotel 4.8 out of 5. Staff is super courteous and the staff is commendable. Complementary breakfast is worth of variety and full of taste

Need to tighten their socks
Reviewed By DrNagpalStayed overnight at this hotel on 1st July 2018. Poorly maintained inside as well as outside. Toilets were poorly kept and could be cleaner. Laundry had a peculiar smell. I am sure a little effort can improve this great location into a winner.

Reviewed By SubhraKanti RAfter searching in Google & wanted to experience homestay in Solan, we booked this Jan House in Solan. Originally price looked high but after negotiating with Mr.Vikash, it was settled. He highly praised about this villa & I also assured of good review if satisfied. After reaching Solan from Chandigarh airport, it took sometime to find out the location. Caretaker Mr Gopal took the trouble to come down about 500 ft to guide us. It is located top of a hill near a school. Road is so narrow that only one car can move at a time. After getting down from the car, again we had to get down through staircase. Though our arrival was informed well before but no room was ready. One housekeeping lady who came few minutes earlier was cleaning rooms. Total about 10/12 rooms were there but no separate attached bath. A back side good lawn is there. Building is very old & not maintained properly. Small insects are everywhere. Only one person, Gopal is resident attendant but his family is not working there. Food is mainly purchased from the outside. Most surprising is that Gopal has no say regarding pricing of food. For every matter, has to call owner in Kolkata to order or to know the price. Ridiculous. Owner has no faith on his staff. Instead of advising him, owner was calling us again & again. Location is such odd that nowhere can visit on foot. For big party, it may be good but not for small family or couple.
