Reviewed By teresachelseafWe have searched this hotel from different websites and all shared positive comments. So we gave it a try. The hotel is new, and the room is nicely set , adequate and comfy. It’s about 15 walks from the hotel to the center. However, when we flipped over the duvets, there were some hairs (not only one or two) found from the cover sheets. Staff apologized for that and finally we changed twice. The hotel may outsource the cleaning to its supplier, something the hotel is suggested to improve especially under the COVID situation. Nonetheless, staff are friendly, the buffet breakfast is rich and the hotel price is reasonable.

Reviewed By NatalyaZ_12This is a family business, so whatever issues you might have, they will be happy to help you. The rooms are clean with responsibly comfortable beds. I most liked the service which always makes a big difference! We had dinner there once which was also quite decent. The place is in the shade of a mountain towards the end of the day which is a great help in heat. The only thing is it's a bit dated, but you're staying and paying for a 2-star hotel which this place exceeds I think. I'd recommend asking for a room with garden view if you want more quietness.

Great stay in Riva
Reviewed By Jakub SVilla Regina is very nice hotel. It is located outside of the city center of Riva del Garda but a lot of restaurants and also shopping mall is 3 minutes of walking. It is also short walk from great beach where you can find shade under pine trees and enjoy the swimming in lake. Staff of the hotel is really helpful and prepare great breakfast with fresh bakery and local products. In overall we really enjoyed the stay and can recommend it to anyone. Next time in Riva we will again stay here.

Francesca davvero deliziosa, dolce e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Comodo parcheggio. Buona e varia (dolce e salata) colazione in veranda. Non ne sono sicura perchè non ho chiesto ma credo sia una struttura abbastanza recente e per questo a mio parere si può un pò migliorare sui "dettagli".. credo che le forniture in camera siano un pò "scarne" per una struttura di questa categoria, oltretutto non rifornite la mattina successiva. Ma ovviamente è davvero poca cosa e si può facilmente ovviare... :-)

Comfortable but 'tired' rooms
Reviewed By Ronnie SComfortable room but furnishings are very 'tired' and 'shabby'. Air conditioning and plug socket did not work. Breakfast was basic and products and ingredients (bread/cereal/juice etc) from a cheap range. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We ate in that night....no menu but were asked if we wanted fish or meat. We chose fish and were given a salad followed by local sardine pasta and then fish from the lake with a puree mash and vegetables. The meal was amazing and the ingredients fresh , local and homemade. With our meal we had one glass of wine and beer. The cost was a lot more than we anticipated at 78 euros! Check price of meal before ordering!

Great pasta with fantastic views over Lake Garda
Reviewed By utak764Located in Pregasina, at the end of the extension on the old Ponale road. Hotel with 2 terraces overlooking Lake Garda. Many hikers and mountain bikers either at the end of the Ponale Tour, or further onwards into the mountains. They serve great pasta dishes, and fantastic tiramisu. The service is quick, and always friendly despite being overrun basically every day in summer.

Reviewed By Daoda2Charming experience at this hotel, primarily due to the lovely family running it. A small walk to the centre of town, but worth it for the peace and quiet. Only complaint, the bed mattress and pillows are super firm. Not terribly comfortable sleeping.
