Incredible Location and People!
Reviewed By clpimentalI can not say enough great things about 051 Suites. We recently stayed there, and due to an unfortunate flight situation, we lost an entire night stay and were only there for one night. Once we arrived, they ensured we had the best time we could in Bologna. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the concierge (Camilla) made our entire trip. She gave us incredible recommendations and even scored us a dinner reservation. The breakfast included is also delicious, and the location can not be beat. I will recommend this spot to anyone looking to travel to Bologna!

Reviewed By Phyllis DI only spent one night here but can say it is immaculately clean, really close to the train station, and is run by a very nice and informative owner. Giovy almost cried too watching my sister and I meet for the first time in almost 5 years (we just happened to be vacationing in Italy at the same time). Easy walk to historic areas, and he gave us some great suggestions of things to see that we had not seen on prior visits. He is extremely responsive and helpful.

They manage a traditional and Italian familiar hotel, with a very good restaurant inside (Andrea is an excellent chef), whilst Stefano takes care of welcoming guests and preparing breakfasts in the morning. Great balance among price paid, quality of food and hospitality, all well offered from the outstanding Emilia Romagna attitude to welcome people

Terrazzi,la struttura fornisce asciugamani puliti ogni mattina, la colazione gratuita all'italiana,dove troverete bottigliette d'acqua, succhi di frutta, latte, yogurt, fette biscottate, nutella, marmellate, tè, orzo, cappuccino, Acireale, cioccolata, biscotti, Brioschi e la macchina del caffe , la struttura dispone anche del ferro da stiro con asso da stiro, il bbsanvitale si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalle famose 2 torri, torre degli asinelli, e piazza maggiore, nonché di fronte alla struttura ospedaliera S.Orsola, a 100 metri da Villa Torri, e a pochi passi da Villa Negrisoli, a 10 minuti di auto troviamo le fiere di Bologna e a 10 minuti la stazione centrale,nei pressi della struttura si trovano le fermate dei bus che vi accompagneranno in tutte le zone della città, il bbsanvitale dispone anche di garage a pagamento con cifre abbastanza ragionevoli. All you need for self-breakfast in the small kitchen. Please note: it can be cold inside in autumn and spring. quite far from the centre - 20-30 minutes walk. The nearest bus stop is Zanolini - in front of the building (6 stops from Stanzione Centrale (Bologna Centrale))

Our rooms are all furnished with air conditioning, LED TV, WiFi, blackout curtains, private bathroom with glass shower , hairdryer, toiletries , mirror. We tried to make the rooms spacious and comfortable at best for our beloved guests . Our B&B is suitable for you both if you are travelling for business, or are visiting our beautiful city and want to enjoy the center of Bologna , maybe by walk ( it has its irresistible charm ) If it's your first visit to Bologna , we will be proud to guide you and provide you with any information you need (the best/less expensive/nearby bars, restaurants, shops, what's worth to see in Bologna or in its neighborhood)

The place was hard to find as it is in an apartment complex. This is not a bed and breakfast as there is no breakfast. The hotel around the corner offers breakfast for 5€.

I chose it for its convenience to the sporting event in which I was participating at CUSB, but the degree of hospitality provided by the proprietors, Giorgio and Cesarina, was superlative. First of all, the room provided was all I needed: comfortable bed, ample closet space, air conditioning, desk with chair, quiet. The shared bathroom was very clean and always available. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh. I speak very little Italian and they speak very little English, but with Goggle Translate, and with other guests at breakfast, we were able to accomplish everything. And, I was not the most prepared guest, but they accommodated every need! I didn't have the proper a electrical adapter for Italy and one was lent to me. I needed my boarding pass printed, and voilà, it was done. As I was headed to airport after my sports tournament, they allowed me to return, late afternoon, after checkout, to shower. The graciousness is outstanding. Highly recommended. I'd stay here again any time in the area. Two thumbs up!

AB Suite Innovative Design is a new Room and Breakfast located near the historic center, Porta Zamboni, very close from the two towers. The location is very convenient for easy access to the central station, the fair of Bologna and Hospitals Villa Torri and SOspedale S. Orsola. AB SUITE has five delightful rooms with ensuite bathroom, with beautiful furnishings and large curtains. Each room is equipped with a TV led, air conditioning, WIFI, coffee and teas, snacks. AB SUITE was born in July 2014 from a total renovation of a large apartment with garden, located on the ground floor of a building in the first half of 800.
Bad experience
Reviewed By Passenger146417Clean, easy walk to centre. We were welcomed by woman who showed us (no common language) our rooms, biscuits in the kitchen, juice in the fridge. There were no instructions/ information so we assumed the kitchen was a common area. The "breakfast" was packet dried snacks in our rooms, so we bought milk for coffee and fruit, put in the fridge and cut up in the kitchen. Like most travellers, we did a small amount of washing and put it in the courtyard, which the woman had indicated we could use. We received an email, offensive in tone, informing us we were not to use the kitchen nor do any washing. We withdrew - though left the fruit in the fridge. Our travel cutting board disappeared and was never returned. The next day I was having an afternoon rest in the bedroom, wearing a nightdress, heard a noise, opened my door to find a strange man standing there. I was angry, as we also had our teenage grandaughter with us, who would have been upset. Emailed the proprietor, she said he was her electrician. The next afternoon he returned and for 2 hours drilled and hammered in the kitchen, so we could not rest. To top off the unpleasantness - he'd installed a surveillance camera in the kitchen! This was our 10th trip to Italy, staying in a variety of hotels, B & Bs, Air B & Bs - but not this one again!

We were there for a concert at Unipol Arena and the hosts offered to drive us there and even pick us up after the concert. The appartment is very spacious and very clean. We felt really comfortable there. Nice breakfast with good coffee :-) Very recommendable B&B
