Reviewed By GriffoHorshamOne night stay whilst in transit. Clean modern hotel with restaurant but no bar. Food menu was extensive but there was no wine list - just bottled beers. Breakfast was good for Thais but limited for foreigners - sausages and sliced ham in water plus fried eggs in a bain-marie - not very appetising although to be fair they did cook a very nice omelette fresh for me. Well worth the money for one night but not really suitable for an extended stay

Location and customer service are its strong points

It's a very nice-looking modern hotel and our room was excellent (we were given an upgrade as soon as we checked in) The customer service on reception was first-class. The hotel's best selling point is its location, opposite a beautiful park and lake, which was perfect for a morning stroll. It's also well away from the centre of town (that might not be an advantage to some) The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars was down to the poor American breakfast and a sparse minibar and hospitality tray. These are tough times for mid-range hotels in Thailand though (due to the pandemic) and the staff tried really hard to make their guests' stay memorable. I couldn't fault their attitude and customer service levels.

A charming budget hotel
Reviewed By Guide60607898200The hotel has an old world charm that was very welcome. The lobby has some interesting artefacts displayed. There's no lift, only stairs. Our room was light and airy. The window had a blackout curtain. There is a wardrobe and vanity area along with a TV and fridge.The large bed was comfy with white cotton linen. The aircon was great. The room had an old fashioned charm and was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bus station 1 is a short walk and the train station can be reached on yellow songthaew No 1 that passing the hotel front door. The restaurant next door is good and friendly, If very busy. I will use this hotel again.

Staff are nice and friendly We stayed at Grand ever 9 two times, first time I leave AirPods in the room ten days later we back to check in here again they give it back to us, very thank you to the team ??we will come back for sure.

Nice resort with very good scenery but basics could be improved
Reviewed By Mike_Mc_2016We stayed 2 nights in an I-moon room. Great views of the valley and hills in the background. The surrounding garden is well maintained. Very pleasant area for strolling around and admiring the views. The location is off the beaten path so very peaceful; but a rough track to get get there for a 1km - definitely not a route for a low chassis vehicle! The staff were friendly enough. The booking by phone was easy. The room is nicely designed but a few of the lights weren't working. The bathroom was spacious but rust was starting to show on the shower side. Mosquito net was ripped big enough to let a swarm of mosquitoes in. The major negative points, that have already been mentioned by many: No on site restaurant or any means of snacks. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was a shock - by far the worst breakfast we've ever had in a hotel - cold and next to nothing. As they don't have a restaurant on site the breakfast is brought in from somewhere with no possibility of keeping it warm. The breakfast on Sunday was better (more guests in the resort) but still not good and we went there as soon as it opened so we received something warm to eat. No coffee shop or bar No laundry service No in-room coffee or tea - a first for us; we've never been in a resort or hotel that hasn't provided these basic room services. But we asked for a kettle and received one then bought our own coffee from a minimart. Such a shame for the negative points, the resort has the potential to be much better if it improved on its services. It's understandable why the nearby Veravian Resort sees more customers even though the rooms lack the view of this resort. We would return here if the on-site services improved otherwise no.

Large room in the quiet place

The block of appartements in a 6 floor building with the lift , balcony for some of us is a plus. Large room with AC , Thail TV, Fridge, phone, wardrobe and chest of draw . Large bathroom with toilet, shower. I’m not sure if the place is very clean it look clean on surface but don’t look the corners . Bed is excellent and clean. The staff is nice , the owner / manager is a good information desk . I will go back again for the price it is a good place.

The rooms are always clean and cozy, the hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the garden is beautiful, and there are always adorable cats around. It's close to SUT but far enough from the road to be away from the noise and traffic. We stay here every time we come to Korat and it's always a great experience!

Nice place for the money
Reviewed By lucw252This hotel is very nice, located on the way to the city centre. Pros: friendly staff, clean rooms and big, good wifi in the room, big parking lot. Cons: breakfast better made the booking without breakfast and walk to the other side of the entrance to the Coffee shop 5 meter walk and have a very nice breakfast with a real cup off coffee. This hotel is a recommendation.
