I had the pleasure to spend a couple of weeks in this resort where I genuinely fell in love. The room was clean and it had a perfect sunset view, the food was delicious (obsessed with the banana pancakes!) and the staff was extremely helpful. Perfect location, you can easily reach any beach of the island or simply stay at Pano for a swim and a couple of beers in the hammocks! Also, make sure you take some time to go to the Koh Mak DGC and play or watch some professional players! I will definitely go back! Lost in nature I found love.

Reviewed By sydneysteveI went to the restaurant here for dinner as I was staying nearby. Compressed menu focusing on fancy named meals. The meals are a little more expensive but the quality was excellent. I had bruschetta as an appetiser and spaghetti ragu bolonaise as my main. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. They also have a bar.

Sea Breeze@ Koh Mak is lying in the east of the island, 500 metres from Ao Nid Pier. The serene complex comprises of 9 different types of lodgings, each with its own private area. Reviewed By EdwardDublin_IrelandSpent 3 days at the resort, although there is no access to a beach the pool is beautiful and views from the bungalows and pool are amazing, the resort is fantastic for chilling out and hire a bike and you’ll be at most of the beaches within minutes. The free pickup and drop off service to the ferry is also a winner.

Reviewed By 786svenjaaWe loved it and enjoyed our stay. Well, it isn’t for you if you’re looking for a hotel with a beautiful beach in front of your door. But we stayed 3 days on Koh Mak and it was totally ok. It’s only 10min from one end of the island to the other with a motorbike so you can reach the beautiful beaches of the island easily. The view in the morning was amazing ! (The staff could be friendlier, except for the older lady in the kitchen she was really kind✨)

Reviewed By RenniRenni55Già dal primo contatto lo Swiss Sawasdee mi ha positivamente sorpreso per l’efficienza del servizio: subito dopo la prenotazione, che ho fatto dal sito del resort, ho ricevuto una mail di conferma dalla proprietaria, che ci ha poi seguito in progress fino a darci suggerimenti su come raggiungere Koh Mak dalla precedente tappa del nostro viaggio, in Cambogia. Una disponibilità e un’attenzione ai bisogni del cliente che ho poi più volte sperimentato quando sono stata loro ospite e che fa sì che lo Swiss Sawasdee ti faccia sentire benvenuto e, complice nel nostro caso anche l’Italianità dei proprietari, un po’ a casa. A fare del resort una scelta intelligente è anche la posizione, che è strategica sia perché vicina alla bellissima spiaggia di Ao Kao sulla costa Sud Ovest dell’isola, sia perché ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l’isola. Noi abbiamo deciso di muoverci a piedi nei dintorni e con uno dei furgoni aperti che fanno da taxi per le più lunghe distanze. Ma, se si vuole essere più autonomi, al Swiss Sawasdee si possono affittare biciclette e auto elettriche. Lo Swiss Sawasdee è allora il posto giusto per godere del benessere che un’isola incantata come Koh Mak può dare, dove tutti – oltre ai proprietari Katiusha e Roberto, anche Nisa e Guido, il cuoco e le ragazze Thai – contribuiscono a fare sentire l’ospite bene e a proprio agio, accolto e coccolato.

You’ll wake up and fall asleep with kricket, frog and birds sounds. Yes, adventure mode is on… Via the backyard you can walk to the most beautiful beach easily and by mountainbike or motorbike the whole island is easy to explore! The owner is super welcoming and will arrange anything you (might) need.
