A mediocre place
Reviewed By Nikhil NOur stay in this place left much to be desired due to below factors: 1. Staff was too rigid and they refused to provide breakfast before 8:00 a.m. 2. Room was unkept and not tidy 3. The house keeping staff had carelessly left the unclean bathroom mat on the bed 4. The house keeping staff had leisurely left packets of tabacoo consumed by them in the room 5. The hotel staff had to be reminded for providing basic items like towels, tea bags, sugar packets etc. We had to contact the Treebo hotel area representative in Indore for seeking solution to our problems. The said representative was the only person who had the courtesy to listen to our predicament and tried to resolve our grievances.

Staff is totally inexperience. The hotel owner not even employed Front Office Staff. Had to take my luggage myself . Really don’t know how this hotel is running. In all that experience this was my longest stay for 20 mins..

Reviewed By pravinramanThis club has stay facility and does provide room to non member. Room is quite big. all rooms has pool view, and small garden view too. One can spend a wonderful time with family. Had a breakfast in the morning and was very tasty. There are few big malls near to this. Staff are very good and during checkout i left few of my belongings and they called me.

Loud music, dirty bedsheets, ready to fight staff . They dont care if you come back or not; they just want your money and leave you to your room .

Not a pleasant hotel to stay...poor service....avoid at any cost
Reviewed By gkv2014Stayed here from 1/12/2020 to 1/16/2020 - 4 nights as we were visiting Maha Kaleshwar and Omkaraeshwar. The hotel is in a noisy location near a busy market place. The property allows smoking inside the room and hence we got smoke smell from the adjacent rooms....The room we were given was not a comfortable one. when asked for replacement, we were provided a different one, which was more or less same. Bathrooms are not well maintained and service staff is not friendly or service oriented. They do not speak even a word of English and cannot service non-hindi speaking visitors. The staff do not seem to trust the customer even for a small service of laundry (when we have upfront paid the entire stay). In fact the service staff tried to take money from us by inflating the laundry amount (asked for Rs 1000 and said we would not get the balance back or would not get receipt for the actual amount). When complained to the front office, the manager called the service staff (by name Tripathi ji) and conversed in hindi and then corrected the situation to give the balance amount.....and the laundry was quite expensive (Rs 840 for 21 items) would not recommend this hotel......

Reviewed By AgarwalKavitaIt is a most terrible place to stay. No amenities at all. Creaking bed, dirty blankets. No kettle and tea kit. No glasses for water. You are given a Rs 3medicare soap. Room was next to the lift. Till 12 pm was constantly disturbed by the shutters of the lift opening and closing and people shouting as voices echo there. Bathroom ends before starting. Not worth the money. Appears beautiful from outside but experience is terrible.

Worst experience ever
Reviewed By Faizi00786Had the unfortunate luck of staying at this poorly managed, unhygienic, unapologetic, and cesspool of a property. Lacks the very basic amenities of providing water without being asked and without being followed up for half a day. Strands of hairs across room, dirty linen, dirty pillows, broken hinges, no tissues or dustbin in washrooms etc etc etc. For the first day I was denied breakfast citing that's not in your package. I said I'll pay then, to which the staff replied and I quote him verbatim, "2 min mein aa sakte ho to aa jao kyunki hum band Karne waale hai, time ho Gaya hai". To be a little fair, I did called at 9:50am and the breakfast was being served till 10am. I would have understood a polite no, but the guy either woke up at the wrong side of the bed or that's pretty normal for the staff at this hotel(if one can call it a hotel). The second day I asked them to reconfirm (well before the closing time) and this time they said, yes breakfast is included. Our systems are not working.. I didn't had the courage to actually try their breakfast considering the poor hygiene standards, so I decided to skip and preferred having breakfast outside the hotel.. I can write on and on but I guess fellow travellers will get an idea. Hope the management of this hotel reads this and take some action on improving the quality of service they are providing.
