Reviewed By JustRose_CHThe location of the hotel was perfect, close to the harbor, central bus station and most sights in the city. There was a supermarket steps away and plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. in the vicinity. The included breakfast was decent. All staff we encountered were friendly, especially the guy working the front desk during the day shift (apologies I forgot his name). The standard double room was on the smaller side but perfectly adequate. The AC and the shower were both strong enough. Really nothing to complain about. A good value for money.

Miraculous hotel in the secluded area
Reviewed By laserkidGreat find in the touristic Crete. Only few miles from the busy Heronissos Old Town, but it’s like a different world. The hotel is small, only 26 rooms, or better suites, which look and are equiped like in 5 star boutique hotel. Of course the entity is unbeatable for golf players, because of beautiful, well maintained, even manicured golf course. But not only. The place is also great for guests looking for retreat and tranquillity. However the biggest value of this place is extremely friendly and faithful team. The manager, receptionists, waitresses and golf support staff deserve for the highest note. The breakfast was very good, with many typicall Greek specialities. The same with dinners, which appeared tasty and varied. Maybe only lunch menu could be more diversified. The swimming pool with relaxing area offers nice option for sunbathing and resting. Definitely, one of the best addresses on the island.

Reviewed By veryniceilanStayed one night for a stopover in Heraklion. The Hotel itself is 2 or 3 buildings containing luxury rooms. It was great! The rooms were newly renovated and had new amenities and appliances. Hotel Manager was super friendly and nice and even spoke multiple languages. The location is prime; right smack in the middle of the city, less than a 2 minute walk to the old port, 5 from the city center, and 15 from the port/bus stations. Very convenient and it allowed us to see a large fraction of Heraklion in 1 night.

Excellent property with friendly, helpful staff
Reviewed By VerdeRosaWe stayed 6 nights in a comfort studio. The studio was well designed with excellent amenities including a Nespresso coffee maker. The property is located on a quiet street within a 5-minute walk of Lion Square, and many restaurants and cafes, including an excellent bakery and a supermarket where we bought bread and groceries for breakfast. The supermarket also had a good selection of Cretan olive oils and wines which are definitely worth tasting. We had a rental car for a few days and used the Iraklio Parking recommended by City Lion. Above all, Christos, Julianes and other staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our requests and had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. We highly recommended this property.

She is so Kind and it was too short too Tell her how nice she is. Breakfast hast everything you need and Even more after request. Great located and city centre only 5 minutes by Walk. A minimarket is next to the Hotel, also a Bus Station ( Airport / Beach) highly recommend the place, if you want to visit / have to stay und Heraklion.

Reviewed By Jenny BThe room was just like the pictures - very luxurious with a fantastic shower, good sized room and comfortable bed. There is also free underground parking which is extremely useful in the central city location. The location is great with everything just a 2 min walk from the room.

A great base in Heraklion
Reviewed By Rod BWe had a lovely unit at Crops suites and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Anthi & Yiannis were great hosts, welcoming us when we arrived and giving us info on the local area and where we might like to go. The unit we had was on the 4th floor - but there is a lift ! The views were great from the bright airy bedroom or the living area. All the facilities were as listed in the description on the site and worked fine. There was reverse cycle heater/coolers in each room so all types of weather could be catered for. The large balcony provided a stunning view of the city. There was a local supermarket just up the road so getting provisions/drink etc was easy. The unit is within the old town walls and easy walking distance to shops/restaurants etc. A lovely breakfast tray was provided each day; there was a local bottle of wine provided on arrival. In summary, comfortable, serviced, well equipped, conveniently located, well provisioned and with great hosts, ready to help at any time. What more could you need ? Thoroughly recommended.
