Hampton by Hilton Sanya Bay is located in adjacent to Sanya Bay of Hainan Province, known as “A corridor of coconuts". With 285 spacious and comfortable rooms and suites, the main building is 18 stories high and has mountains, sea, and city landscape in view. The hotel enjoys a perfect location and convenient transportation. It is a 10-minute drive from the walking street of Sanya commercial center and Sanya Railway Station, a 15-minute drive from Sanya Phoenix International Airport, and within 30 minutes, you can get to Haitang Bay Duty-free Shopping Center and well-known scenic spots like Tianya Haijiao and Dongtian Park.

Reviewed By V8259FFmichaelkStayed here for a night in a pinch, and I got treated very well as a Diamond member upgrade from the lowest room level to a two bedroom apartment + a bunch of gifts. The overall hotel is fairly rundown but it's got a pool, and a OKish breakfast. For a Hampton, is about run of the mill. I would definitely use it again to catch a flight the next morning as it's fairly close to the airport.

It's close to the beach and in a great location. the staff are very willing to help you and are so great. food and drinks are available and the bar and open area are great fun. there's a very sweet cat and dog that are there too. Fresh bedding is provided and most beds have curtains for privacy. Lamps and electrical plug points are convenient. it's really nice and relaxing. I recommend it. :) · Towels aren't provided. Available for rent though.

Reviewed By ladyteexHaitang Bay is one of the most beautiful bays in Sanya. Sunny Sanya Destination Hotel Haitang is quite new within the region of Linwang town so it is recommended to come by taxi. The area is quite layback but there are a couple of restaurants and shops nearby.There is a wonderful beach which you can reach in 25 minutes walk from the hotel. Honeymoon Room The theme of the room is sailor and ocean, you can tell by the beautiful blue colour of the bed linen as well as the lovely cushions. There is a small balcony where you can view over the streets and people. Apart from the air conditioner, there is also a fan on the ceiling. This is actually quite considerate as guests can decide what suits them the best and enjoy a great sleep. Both the fan and air conditioner are quite cool and silent. The staff here is helpful and polite. In the morning, breakfast is served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The food is mainly of Chinese style such as fried rice, roasted potatoes and omelette. I'm especially impressed about the temperature and the hygiene of the food. The food might be simple but it satisfies your need for the start of a day. I like the omelette very much, it tastes so good and the texture is so soft and smooth. The restaurant also serves as a common area for guests to enjoy some good read here. The whole environment is quite relaxing. It is a pleasure to meet the owner, Caddie, at the hotel. She's such a great host that she actually brought us to have a wonderful dinner at the local mariculture rafts. Getting to try all these delectable local cuisines is such an extraordinary experience. The seafood is so fresh and sweet. Caddie also shared with us how much she loves Hainan and how she started her business here. You can instantly feel her passion to host guests with high hospitality. If you are a budget traveller and would love to stay at a local home-style place, Sunny Sanya Destination Hotel is one of those places for you!

Cozy 4 room inn located in picturesque Boao on Hainan Island in the South China Sea. Run by an American and her Chinese photo journalist husband. Hearty western breakfast included. Private guided photographic tours of remote Li and Miao villages, secluded beaches, flora and fauna. Wi-Fi, satellite TV. Excellent location for cyclists and sea/river kayakers. Airport pick up/drop off available.
Why is an out of business B$B winning an award?
Reviewed By janlohNanchangI visited this B&B late in 2012. The owner was stressed, snapping at us to stay out of the kitchen, and miserable. She had just been evicted from her property, which no longer had beach access or views due to massive construction around. Her breakfast was very good and the room were really nice, but her tours ordinary. Worse, while there, I witnessed her verbally attack a young local woman who was trying to help her rent another location. When we moved to nearby hotel with much more modern accommodations, she was unpleasant. I don't think she is in business now.

The property is clean but aging rapidly in the bright sun. a few coats of paint, some attention to details and a more entusiastic staff would go a long way in bumping up the rating. the location is outstanding but the resort needs some TLC.
