Reviewed By raymondk366Stayed five nights in this hotel / B&B. Very good experience. Beautiful surroundings (decent views from upper floors) outside the city center which has its perks when you look for something a bit more quiet. A ten to fifteen minute walk or short Uber ride gets you right to center of town. Had ourselves a twin room for us and our two teenage sons. Perfect solution. Rooms are nice and tidy. Wi-Fi works fine (although it dropped a few times). Breakfast buffet is good with ample choices also for the more health minded. After a while it becomes repetitive though, same applies to the soup festival at night. Service is impeccable and staff always super helpful. During the day coffee, tea and flavoured water are available in the wintergarden. We very much liked this hotel.

The breakfast is fine, not too fancy but good enough for starting the day full of energy. The staff is very kind and helpful, they make you feel at home. I really liked this hotel in Gramado.

Brand new hostel built in 2014 and improved in 2015, with individually decorated rooms equipped with air conditioning. Situated on a quiet street and beautiful because of all her full extent of the type Maple trees, getting extremely beautiful especially in the fall when its color changes from green to yellow and red, with this view also from the windows of apartments. It has free wifi in all dependencies, living room with flat screen TV and satellite channels. Outside, a lovely garden beautifully decorated with many flowers, trees and benches in the shade to enjoy all the beauty around, listen to the birds and relax. In the morning enjoy a delicious breakfast colonial style with fresh seasonal fruit, assorted snacks every day, cakes and jams made at the inn, all already included in your reservation. Parking is free and requires no reservation. We also offer concierge service, assisting you since your arrival with one-way shuttle service and back, choice and booking tours and restaurants and what you are most needed. Reviewed By JRauppVery good Pousada (inn), located in a basically residential area, with some good restaurants around. About 15-20 min walking to downtown and 10 min to Lago Negro (Black Lake). The rooms are not very large, but comfortable and well equipped. Staff is very friendly. Excellent shower, excellent bed and a great breakfast on a fair price. What else do I need ?

Reviewed By John PExcellent friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Lovely view from the balcony of the room (always book a room with a front balcony). Peaceful atmosphere. Comfortable sitting areas. Easy parking. Delicious breakfast. Good WiFi. It is located up a small hill, so older and/or mobility challenged customers might find the slope to the hotel from the town a little hard. We took the car to the town center from time to time (reasonable parking fees apply in the streets). A tiny issue: there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.....therefore ladies have trouble putting on their makeup. A small but irritating point.

Anyway, the room was good, not so far from downtown and main attractions, thus it was definitely not bad at all. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of locas dishes. Check for low season's rates or check it in advance and maybe you can get better rates!
