Reviewed By zahrak978Great atmosphere and staff. A brilliant place to get relax. If you get there from Rostamabad, you will experience heaven_like sceneries, specially in late spring, although the road asphalt isn't great but it absolutely worth it.

Wonderful stay and lovely people
Reviewed By Erfahrung-der-WeltThe family did a wonderful job in building this beautiful house with lots of attention to small details. Unfortunately we were in the ground floor, the rooms in the upper floor are probably nice, because you'd have a huge covered balcony in front of the rooms and it's a ittle less noisy. Our room was very spacious and clean though. Enjoying breakfast in the garden is just a wonderful way to start the day. There's no coffee and the wi-fi is quite unreliable (it's Iran). We stayed for 2 nights, but would have liked to stay even longer. There are plenty of things to see like Rudkan Castle, Masuleh, Caspian Sea, Lahijan, Rasht, Rasht Heritage Museum a.s.o. What makes the stay at the Kotam Eco Lodge so amazing are the helpful people there, highly recommended!

Reviewed By ArminganjiIn beautiful nature of tea garden , between Fuman and Masooleh , we had grate access to the attractions around city . Breakfast was good . We could not receive any information from receptionist. Floor carpets were dirty . Housekeeping did not act regularly and we must ask them to clean the room or supply toilet paper . Unfortunately we had not many option Near Rasht .if you need Taxi call Mr AZADEGAN 09119355193 .

GHADIM KHONEH is a house with the architecture of the climate of northern Iran and with a native atmosphere among the rice paddies. Guests sleep at night on a floor with a hand-woven mat in the traditional Iranian style. Pets live with guests everywhere in the house. You will fall in love with its cats. The taste of GHADIM KHONEH 's authentic food is unforgettable and Saying goodbye to GHADIM KHONEH every time is the hardest thing for us. You experience Iranian hospitality in every sense of the word. It’s our home away from our home.All this would not have been possible without the hosting of Sepehr and Siavash.

Reviewed By niloofar aThere are some positive and negative points about this hotel: +located by the lake +breakfast was better than expected from a 2 star hotel +great view of the restaurant +reasonable price apart from the 30% off for winter that we got - noisy air conditioning -unpleasant smell in the bathroom -the bed sheets seemed unchanged - curtains didn't fit properly and wasn't thick enough

Nice view of caspian and good service
Reviewed By jahirr17We stayed there for two nights and completely satisfied with room facilities and their services. Location is also great with panaromic view of caspian sea. It has two restaurants with nice beach-view and their taste of food is awesome. VIP apartment (Where we stay) has huge living room with billiard board and it laso has jacuzzi. Highly recommend this hotel, if you plan to visit in this area.

Closed to the Caspian Sea
Reviewed By SousouiMy hotel was located direct on the beach side of the Caspian Sea. New styled but the staff was very kind and friendly. From this base my driver/guide Ebrahim Moradi [email protected] went with me to visit the old mountain village Masuleh. Homely, even if in the afternoon tourists push columns through the narrow streets. You only have to wait long enough, until dusk, to have a cup of tea in a small teahouse and let the evening's atmosphere take over. Unforgettable! On the way there we stopped in Furman, here it is essential to taste the famous walnut biscuits - called Koluche.
