Reviewed By AnjaS148Walking the Via Francigena, from Sutri to Campagnano town that day (27,5km), the hotel was so friendly to pick us up from town to drive us to their hotel for free. Very friendly person, who has given us a warm welcome. Much appreciated. Rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was quite spacious. The food in the restaurant was delicious and also our waiter was very attentive and kind. Breakfast was good and they were wiling to bring us back to Campagnano for free again. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Robert SGood location, impressive foyer. Good view from the bar on 8 th floor but be warned a beer costs € 10 ($16) gin and tonic €15 ($24) very expensive. Marble floor in passage echoes really badly all night with voices and doors slamming. Curtains wouldn't close in the middle which allows morning sun to come in, early. Although we were on the 7 th floor street traffic was very noisy even with double glassed window.

Fashionable Country Guest House with swimming pool located in beautiful country side - surrounded by olive trees, bushes of lavanda and roses presents very peaceful and charming ! Elegant rooms are definitely romantic and cosy entirely filled with happiness... Spacious Lounge with fireplace - most intimate corner for evening drinks or business rendezvous or teatime. Villa offers an open bar, housekeeping , breakfast served with fresh squeezed orange giuce, yougurt and fresh bakery. In bathrooms you will find Etro courtesy line , soft kimono and sleepers included in room price

Reviewed By F7079ULriccardobPersonale davvero ottimo, molto gentile e simpatico. Sono venuto qui per un weekend, si trova a circa 10 min a piedi dalla stazione termine. Io sono arrivato tranquillamente a piedi. È un b&b piccolino ma davvero grazioso, peccato solo per il balconcino che affaccia all’interno del palazzo (quindi non c’è nessuna vista) ed è ricoperto da una rete (forse per non far entrare gli uccelli). Una piccola nota per quanto riguarda il bagno che ha una finestra guasta che non permette di arieggiare bene il bagno. Ma l’ambiente è pulito.

The hotel, managed a family business in the historic heart of Camps in Rome, has 12 rooms with every comfort (heat pump, TV with satellite channels, mini bar, telephone, radio, desk, safe, private bathroom with shower tub and hair dryer) and a renowned restaurant, handed down from generation to generation, where you can enjoy typical Roman specialties such as oxtail, tripe, offal, lamb and our famous baked rigatoni Righetti.
The ambiance is worth the stay !
Reviewed By Off2CthewrldThis hotel is more than 400 years old ! It was such an experience! The walls are thick and the stairs are steep but it's worth the stay. It is quaint and charming. The rooms were small as was the bathroom , but the staff was nice and very accommodating. They even rescued us from a ravine ! The wifi signal didn't work in the hotel because the walks are so thick so you must go outside to use wifi. The doors have big keys that open them up which was cool in these days of modern times.

I gentili proprietari Claudia e Cleno ed il loro amico e valido collaboratore Egeo ci hanno da subito messo a nostro agio con la loro disponibilità e cortesia aprendoci la loro struttura. Questa grande casa colonica raffinata e semplice al contempo isolata nella campagna romana è l'ideale per un soggiorno in relax nell'armonia della natura. Le camere e gli ambienti comuni, in cui abbiamo soggiornato, curati, puliti e con tutti i confort, denotano la dedizione e passione dei loro ospiti per questo, che non è per loro solo un lavoro, ma espressione profonda di un sano spirito di rara convivialità e condivisione, accompagnato da una grande preparazione culturale. Esperienza, professionalità e al contempo discrezione e rispetto li contraddistingue. A tutto questo c'è da aggiungere la loro ottima cucina a colazione e a cena, con cui ci hanno coccolato e viziato in maniera affabile e con un'aggiunta di allegria e buon umore. Un'ottima recensione è il minimo che una persona che è stata da loro così ben trattata possa fare per dimostrare loro gratitudine. Bravi! Sicuramente ci ritornerò.
