Friendly staff, hot water is available at any time, there are rooms with a bathroom and a TV. There are several shops within walking distance. In general, we were satisfied.

Come visit us and enjoy your vacation.. We offer a choice of rooms with air conditioning and without air conditioning. The room has a double bed, a comfort seat, and the adjoining dressing room is tiled and equipped with western plumbing. There is a shared kitchen, which is equipped to facilitate basic cooking. Please let us know if you need an appointment from the airport in advance along with a photo of the ticket. All guests can make a bank transfer, it is possible to pay by card, but the transfer fee is paid by the guest. Only registered guests and their families can stay in the area. The security camera is located only at the entrance. We have various guests such as yoga enthusiasts, single travelers, couples and families with children. We care about people and health safety is our priority for our guests who stay with us. All guests have internet access in a designated area. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, has all the basic amenities and you can order food in the restaurant. A two-wheeled car can be rented on request. Please close the tap, lights, doors when you go outside. We have added an additional facility for assisting Customers with Booking related to (Domestic and International Flight Tickets), (Domestic and International Hotel Booking) and (Domestic Train Tickets). Look forward to when you and your love are with us.
Nice cozy place to stay in Arambol
Reviewed By Blueyonder1We checked in here late at night after the hotel we were staying didn't have the amenities promised. Madrid home is a nice clean place located close to beach, the owners are kind people and helped us out with local transport and everything else. This is a place worth staying!

Fantastic place to stay
Reviewed By birenalwaysThe rooms are clean and huge. It can easily fit 3-4 people. Clean bathroom. Newly built it seems. Specially on the 2nd floor there is an open space where you can sit in a group and enjoy the ocean breeze. Just 2-3 mins walk from the beach. The young lad managing the place is very cool and friendly. I forgot his name but he told me he's from Bengal. There's no AC but you don't need AC. No TV but you don't need TV in Arambol. It's not Hilton or Marriott but you don't want that also in Arambol. :)

There is a garden area where you can spend time with friends or family. If you want to spend quality time with your family in peace, I recommend staying at this resort.

Clean, Cool and Friendly
Reviewed By GoGoaGone99I visited Goa in Feb 2021 and stayed at Cactus guesthouse. Since it was non-ac I was expecting the room to get really warm like other non-ac accommodations. But no, the room in Cactus stayed pretty cool as it stays in shade of a big tree outside. Most noticeable attributes were cleanliness, a caring host and it’s proximity to the beach. It’s on the beach. I stayed in studio on the 1st floor. From here we don’t get the view of the beach (due to a big hut/restaurant and tree outside), but we get everything else we usually need.
