The accommodation itself was impeccably decorated and appointed. Our unit had 3 bedrooms and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the town. Breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning, and was bountiful and delicious. This was trulli an amazing experience!

Too chilly to stay during winter months
Reviewed By connie mWhile the trulli was quaint, the stone interior made for a very chilly night. The hot water supply only lasted for half a shower, making for an even colder experience. There are 3 beds available, but one is in the attic, which would be very difficult to access. The bed we slept in did not meet our expectations, given the cost of our stay. Breakfast was a basket of commercial snacks.

Excellent and unusually memorable stay

Booked large trulli for four, which was in fact a nice two bedroom apartment made of three merged trullies. Very traditionally looking from the outside, but very modern inside. Surprisingly well heated place, which is unusual. Great location, although the whole place is quite small so everything is within 5-10 min walk anyway. May be worth bringing luggage to the parking lot close to reception and then park, as you still need to walk a little. Quite basic, it decent breakfast, although a very cheap one. Also comes in a nice setting, so worth getting. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and the city overall. Probably one of the most unusual and enjoyable hotel experiences ever! Thanks a lot!

Our host Paulo was the consummate professional who’s facility offered quiet and gracious hospitality. The B&B in located a short driving distance from the numerous surrounding local villages and is in the heart of Alberobello Italy. Would strongly recommend if you visit the heel of Italy make this a part of your trip.

Reviewed By JMShermanOur stay at Trullidea totally lived up to our expectations and more. The reception is very conveniently located just off the main road. We were greeted enthusiastically by a really lovely receptionist who was so helpful and took us the short walk to our Trulli, number 21. It was absolutely beautiful with a large very comfortable bed, perfect sized dining table, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom (wish I'd read their information about hot water --my fault entirely!) and cute niche with comfy settee. There were so many small, considerate and decorative details that enhanced the whole experience. Breakfast was at a small cafe, perfect for us as it was quite light. We would definitely stay at Trullidea again and I would request number 21.

We were on the second floor. Access is by a beautiful old stone winding staircase, very in keeping with the history of the town. Lovely shower, comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Tipico Suite - Trulli Luxury is a beautiful group of comfortable and stylish trulli located in the middle of the old town in Alberobello. Trullo rooms have own bathroom with shower, TV sat, internet wireless, centralized heating, air conditioning. Breakfast will be served in our small restaurant situated just 100 metres far from each room. There is also a solarium in the amazing garden where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the place. Furnished and reorganized in respect of the tradition and with great care of details.

Reviewed By rada7You have to be able to walk in this beautiful city but all is very close. Market on thursday was great! I loaded with Shoes , fruits , etc. at very good prices. We stayed only 3 nights and could not get any tours all booked up so for the enxt time, you will have to book it before leaving Canada. Our bill for 3 nighs was $800.00 which is not bad/ The food in restorans was great just one minor detail, make reservation even for lunch. All restorants were full and city was crowded mid September. What they offered was apartment and we loved the freedom with great patio .I would go back tomorrow if I could.

An expensive stay in a 'trullo'
Reviewed By Jeannie CWe were in a studio trullo, with an ensuite bathroom & access to a communal garden. It's small, in particular the bathroom, but clean with a comfy double bed and well heated. Cleaning is done daily, but towels aren't replaced. There is a coffee machine, a kettle & limited teabags & coffee, which aren't replaced either.Maybe a microwave, some plates & cutlery could be added since there is a tiny kitchenette? The TV is tiny too & the WIFI is inconsistent.The rain shower has good pressure, but a shower cap would be nice if I don't want to wet my hair each time I shower.The broken trash bin should also be replaced and the floor mat too! It is necessary to contact the host with your time of arrival since there isn't a reception.The cafe for breakfast was closed on New Year's Day, but we weren't told about this. Another tip: most restaurants, cafes, bars close on the 31st of December. Only a handful of restaurants are open then, but fully-booked.If you visit Alberobello this time of the year, plan in advance what you are going to do & where to eat on the 31st December & 1st January!
