Very beautiful place, we arrived without a tour. Is an hour and a half drive from La Serena. You buy the tour ticket for CLP 10k and you need to also buy the entrance to the park which is 3k for chileans and 7k for foreigners. Very beautiful scenery, we even saw some dolphins on the way

Beautiful avenue that borders the ocean with a nice beach and great condominiums. It has great ambiance with its many bars and restaurants. Reminds you of Barra de Tijuca in Rio.
